Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I paid over $3,500 to have my 3 radiators sandblasted and powder coated by Castrads. When I received them back, They couldn’t be reconnected. The threaded valve spuds were painted over, making it impossible to get a proper seal. Castrads admitted this is part of their “standard process” if spuds aren’t removed—but any professional knows critical openings should be protected during blasting and coating. They did nothing to prevent damage and then told me to buy replacement parts instead. No accountability for their own mistakes. My radiators are now unusable unless I pay more to fix what they broke. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Psyched I found this company. I live in an early 1920’s condo with radiators and have struggled to keep them clean, and was thrilled to find this company sells a brush that can get in all the nooks and crannies. My allergies thank Castrads. The brush is so soft and high quality too- would recommend to anyone who has radiators in their house. Fast shipping as well.

The radiators were expensive but great quality and the customer service throughout was absolutely excellent. Radiators also arrived really well packaged - even my plumber was impressed!
