Very nice product
I received my brochure regarding the radiators promptly. Very informative but would have liked price ranges involved. As part of my cottage renovation I am looking at radiators that accomodate a heat pump. Castrads is high on my wishlist when heating installed.

I knew what I wanted
I knew what I wanted, so it was more the information I got regarding manufacture/ delivery of radiator which was very good. They were able to deliver when I was ready and the packaging was excellent.

Ordered the finish samples
Ordered the finish samples - really helpful to see what the metal looks like. Great that we can return the samples for reuse and will get the money back when we order the radiators ( every little helps right 😆)

Hi - excellent product
Hi, I love the product. Genuinely premium. I would like more info on estimated completion of order when ordering. No timelines or estimates are quoted. I now have a due date over month away, which is ok. I guess it’s hard to map production schedules to website estimates, but ideally would provide estimate and when customers try and hold to that date, explain to them what the word estimate means

We try our best to communicate lead times on the product pages, during the quote process and in the Expected Completion Date emails but I absolutely understand that these things don't always hit the mark. We make all our radiators to order and that takes some time. I'm really sorry you were disappointed but thrilled that you like the prroduct.
