I ordered a lamp with express delivery. It didn't arrive until at least a week later than it should have. Now it arrived and it doesn't work. No response from the company. Do not use!

It’s making a difference
I bought this at the beginning of the year. On reflection I wish I’d bought the full size. I’m very happy with my purchase as it’s really well made and great value for money. The only reason I haven’t given it a five star is I would have liked a timer on it instead of me having to use my mobile phone.

Service was ok
The delivery was prompt but had to return lamp.refund was given. The lamp was fine but not the item I wanted as it wasn’t infrared.Didn’t receive a reply concerning re order of different lamp but managed to find same lamp cheaper on amazon. The Care lamp is made in China and that’s where the amazon one came from.

With regard to no reply, I have just been through our email history and can see that your original message was sent on the 15th of May asking for more details which we replied to 2 hours later. You placed an order (thank you!) the same day and the product was with you on the 16th May.
You then emailed us on the 16th May at 11:29. It turns out you ordered the wrong product. We had a few emails back and forth with our last email to you being at 12.24 on the 16th May to which you didn't reply. We appreciate your business and are sorry that you ordered the incorrect product (The model you actually wanted was not in stock and not available for sale).
With regards to finding our product cheaper on Amazon, we are the only sellers of the Care Lamps range on amazon and the prices are never lower on Amazon.

Excellent service & really quick…
Excellent service & really quick delivery. The owner Ian is extremely courteous and kindly spent time answering my questions over the phone. He then emailed me detailed information that helped a lot with my decision.
I placed the order on Saturday and received it today - a Monday bank holiday! The panel is well made, works perfectly & comes with equipment to hang it with, as well as eye protection.
He offers a 30 day guarantee and a multiple year warrantee which is very reassuring. I’m glad I made the decision to buy from this company and am looking forward to using the lights.
