Everything was perfect. The issue was resolved within about 30 sec. Very happy & satisfied.

My PC did a total crash, would not even turn on and nothing was recoverable. Thankfully I've had a Carbonite account for years! I contacted Customer Service, and a very knowledgeable and patient man walked me through the recovery process for recovering my files to my new PC step-by-step. Carbonite recovered over 500,000 files, and there were only 7 very old files that were compromised and non-recoverable and none of them were important files. Great service from Carbonite and I highly recommend them!

I had mistakenly gotten two subscriptions when I switched to a new computer. When the old one came up for renewal is when I realized what I had done. I contacted Carbonite and they were able to apply the renewal to the second subscription. They were very helpful and made this go very smooth. Thanks again

Carbonite has provided me with the confidence and peace-of-mind with a constantly updated off site backup of my files. I have subscribed to their service for years and plan to do so for many more.

I am dissappointed that over the years of being a faithfull customer the plans and services included in those plans have changed. I used to be able to download as much as I need back. Now if I have a picture album(my wife like to take a lot of pictures), I'm limited on the number of files I can dowload at any one time. It very iratating. I can run my own personal backup server is needed. I can always look at a server rental and have more control to do the same thing as Carbonite.

I have gotten new Computers over the Years and
Carbonite has always made it Easy to switch to the new Computer. Only Twice have I needed to Retrieve Old Files that I Deleted by mistake. Carbonite was able to Replace those Files. I have over 1,800 Microsoft Documents. It is Wonderful to have My Positive Feelings - That Carbonite has those Safe.

unable to control target computer remotely. Can't get past program on screen and put it away to access other programs. Doesn't seem to take inputs from remote computer.

I had no real experience as of yet. Please tell me if i buy a new computer what really can i transfer to new computer and how easy is it to transfer?

I've had Carbonite for years. Last year my hard drive crashed and I would have lost all my data but because I had Carbonite, everything was saved. Thank you!

I feel safe knowing Carbonite is backing up my system and should I have a problem I can access my info.

We are a long time customer that has had more than one accidental deletion that required restoration of a file, and a full restoration using Carbonite with a hard drive replacement. The process was easy and gratifying every time.

Fortunately I haven't had a problem with my computer so I haven't needed to call on Carbonite to reload my computer. I am thankful for that. I have a friend who did need to have Carbonite to reload their computer and they said Carbonite is first class.

Carbonite is easy to use, I have only once had to go to the backup and download an old file but it worked liked a champ. You set it up and don't worry about the information being safe, it is.

While I seldom need Carbonite's service, when I have it has been a comfort to see all my data returning. It takes a while, but it has all returned home. Thank you Carbonite!
