I have used Skweezer for many months. To be fair, over the past two months, the site itself has mostly been working again for basic use, and it is clearly still being maintained and updated.
However, the biggest problem is the complete lack of customer service.
I sent an email about ongoing issues around six months ago and never received any reply. I also contacted them through LinkedIn many times and was originally told someone would get back to me within two days. That never happened, and since then, I have had no acknowledgement at all.
Another issue is that the paid Premium and Diamond plans still do not work properly for me. Whenever I try to purchase one, the payment fails with an error. Their own billing FAQ says that if your card is declined, you should contact your bank and then email their support team at Skweezer's support email address if the issue continues. The problem is that support does not respond, so the advice is not very helpful in practice.
Their billing FAQ also states that PayPal is no longer a valid payment method, further limiting options for anyone already having problems with card payments.
So while the platform can still work for basic use, I cannot recommend paying for anything until they improve support and fix the payment process.

I bought 10k followers, then i got it right away but the next day i see that i have only 8k. Followers just unfollow me and they say they have 6 month guarantee, but that's not the case😡😡😡

Pas très joignable cela fait plusieurs semaines sans réponses. Le chat ne répond pas. Les trois étoiles sont pour le service gratuit qui marche plutôt bien. Quelques lacunes : plusieurs personnes (« influenceurs ») ont l’air d’enlever des followers après qu’on les ai suivi. Je n’ai pas beaucoup de followers donc c’est sans doute pour ça. On les revoit plusieurs fois (plus de 5 fois pour un profil ) et on se fait enlever des pièces et menacer de se faire bloquer car on a unfollow.. sauf que les personnes qui demandent des followers devraient ne pas les enlever+ne pas être en privé :°… je considérais acheter des services mais tant que je n’ai pas de réponses je ne veux pas m’y tenter.

I was a client in 2019 when they offered their verification badges for $99. Their website offered a high success rate back when they offered their verification badge service, Skweezer has removed this service sometime after. Matt was the point of contact for me and had a generic questionnaire for intake before they produced the PR article. After a thorough review of the PR articles and reviewing the submissions of others, I have justified that success rate was not as what was initially advertised. This finding has casted doubt that my submission would result in a high success rate even if verification badge was not guaranteed. The articles were not unique when in comparison to other account submissions and actually show a pattern of content recycling especially in the sections of “Promising growth, Impersonators, and the conclusion section.” As a former client I was tremendously disappointed in this fraudulent behavior considering the lack of information on the success rate has misled me to purchase this verification service from Skweezer. Four and half years later I still have not received a refund. The articles are not authentic and contradicts the “high success rate” advertised by this service. Although it matters not now that this service has been removed but former consumers were misled by the explicitly stated high success rate statement. It would have been difficult to validate this claim, however I conducted my independent analysis and my team has sampled 104 accounts that were published for verification requests from their team in 2018. Out of 104 accounts it was confirmed only 2 accounts were verified (whom did not respond for a request to be interviewed) which results in a disturbing 98% failure rate.

To further validate the analysis I have surveyed and interviewed 10 users through IG and confirmed that these packages were purchased attributing to a high failure rate. By misleading consumers that lack this preconceived knowledge, there is more than enough evidence to support claims that this particular service is deemed unfair and a deceptive business practice of indemnification.

I am glad that this service is no longer offered by this business.
