This is the first time I ordered a new car via online with the excellent price. Michael is helpful and provides a quick response. And the buying process and delivery is very smooth. If you plan to buy a new car , I would recommend you can deal with car and van discount.

I was looking for a secondhand Toyota Rav4 Hybrid on Autotrader when i saw Car & Van Discount averting new Rav4 cheaper than 2 years old secondhand ones i rang Michael back in August 21 after a long chat i decided to ordered a new Rav4 not without concern which went on to be completely unfounded i added 4 factory options and paid a deposit Michael keep in touch throughout updating me regularly on delivery i received a phone call in February 22 to confirm delivery 03 March 22 i paid in full 2 days before delivery. my new Rav4 arrived outside my door at 10.30am and it was perfect all the factory options fitted i couldn’t believe what i got for the price i would have no hesitation in recommending this company and thanks so much for your fantastic Service

I now have a new car sitting on my drive with delivery mileage. From my initial enquiry for a car that was in stock and in the UK, it took 10 days to sort including a weekend.
I was slightly nervous having not bought a new car for nearly 30 years, especially as it was all done without a visit to a showroom.

I ordered the car in July and have just taken delivery. I know that there are global issues so not their fault was delayed slightly. Great service answered all my chasing emails. would recommend.

I ordered a Skoda Octavia in May 21, with a 6 month delivery, and paid a deposit of £1k to secure the order. Sadly, the car wasn't delivered - due to massive on-going supply issues affecting the whole industry. I had several discussions with Michael over the 6 months, and the communicaions were always excellent. When I finally cancelled the order due to non-delivery, Michael refunded the deposit within 30 minutes and was very helpful & understanding. You find out how good a business really is when things don't turn out as expected, and I will certainly not hesitate to use this company in the future. Just good honest customer service!!
