Great booking experience
I had a few telephone conversations with different staff whilst reserving, confirming and paying my holiday. Each staff member was polite, helpful, friendly & answered any queries I had efficiently. I was advised when being put on hold and received an apology for having to do so whilst checking ferry information for me. All the paperwork was received promptly by email. Staff kept the phone line open as I made payment through their emailed invoice system in case I had difficulty. Thoroughly recommend this company. Annie

Easy to use web site, my only criticism is I have no idea, which part of the campsite your tents/caravans are on, until I get there. Is there any way to find out?
