I cannot fault the customer service we have had regards to our cancelled holiday. The fact they chose to cancel our holiday as they as a company didn't feel safe letting people go to France says alot. Also allowing us to transfer to next year as well. The staff at the contact centre and on email are super helpful.

Wir haben im Juli 2020 ein Mobilhome auf dem Campingplatz Manor Farm Interlaken über Canvas Holidays gebucht. Auf der Homepage waren Fotos eines wunderschönen, neuen Mobilhomes abgebildet, worauf wir diesen reserviert haben. Dort angekommen, erwartete uns eine 30-jährige, heruntergekommene und stinkige Unterkunft. Im Schlafzimmer hatte nur das Bett Platz, kein Zentimeter freier Platz rundherum und bei den Polstermöbeln riechte man das Alter wahrlich. Wir haben nach drei Tagen wieder ausgecheckt und sind enttäuscht über diese Täuschung der Gäste wieder heimgefahren. Die Antwort auf unsere Reklamation war, dass es auf der Homepage nur Beispielbilder seien und diese vom tatsächlichen Mobilehome abweichen können. Dies war keine Abweichung, sondern eine komplett andere Liga und einfach nur Abzocke.

Booked for Holland this year and couldnt go due to Covid, full refund given. Customer service was excellent. Just booked again for Easter next year, great price, wouldn't book with anyone else.

We have just had an 11 night stay at Manor Farm Interlaken in a Canvas Holidays cosy mobile home which was fabulous! Beautiful setting and great affordable accommodation with everything we needed. Can't recommend Canvas Holidays and their reps highly enough and would definitely book with them again.

The mobile home was new and very clean. The hosts Anne and Herman were always on hand to help if an issue came to light. Facilities at Les Ranchisses are excellent with a very good resto and shop. We felt very safe from Covid here and the site had all precautions covered and everybody was sticking to the rules. We felt safer here than at home.

Very poor experience from Canvas Holidays . Sanitary facilities on our supposed 4* campsite were terrible but despite a wealth of photographic evidence they won’t apologise or accept there is a problem.

We booked a holiday in France with Canvas which was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID 19 travel restrictions. Canvas offered several options including a full refund when it became apparent that FCO guidance warned against non-essential travel to France. The whole process was swift, fair and easy. We were impressed by the company’s customer care and communication.

very helpful in changing our holiday destination due to covid-19 and was a fantastic place. one niggle was we emailed before to ask if the mobile homes, had ovens and was told no! so bought one to take, however they did have ovens in so didn't need to bought or take one!!

We got a trailer which looked great on the pictures. When we got here it looked nothing like what we've booked. On top of that the smell of the sewer got worse by the day. It is simply not even humane to put people who have worked a whole year to go on a holiday on a spot like this.
Take my advice and book elsewhere!

What a excellent company to deal with during covid had holiday booked to holland but obviously couldn't go canvas got in touch within 24 hours and offered refund or 120% towards next years holiday . Not like stena line ferry who offered nothing. Will definitely book with canvas again

After having our holiday this year cancelled twice due to covid, staff at canvas have been brilliant in keeping us informed promptly of the situation & making us aware of our options. All the staff I have spoken with over the phone have been so very kind, helpful & informative. They have helped us to rebook for next year and having the additional 20% off as a result of the holiday being cancelled has meant we can go in luxury next (fingers crossed).
The staff have been brilliant, I would definitely book with canvas again & recommend them to friends & family. The choice of campsites is brilliant & offer fantastic value for money. We have been to La Clarys Plage twice before & would highly recommend this campsite.

My holiday with canvas did not go ahead due to FCO restrictions on travel to France. However, Canvas were amazing at dealing with the cancellation. They were proactive and contacted me in the first instance and advised that they were cancelling the accommodation that I had booked with them. They offered a 120% voucher to transfer to a 2021 booking or a refund in full. I opted for the refund which was made within 7 working days. Absolutely amazing. Excellent service in such difficult circumstances and I will definitely remember this when booking my next holiday and I will be back canvas. Thank you

We didn’t get to go on our holiday with Canvas this year but the booking process last year was very easy and the member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and patient - we had two weeks at different campsites and we were travelling with family but nothing was too much trouble. When it came to our holiday being cancelled due to foreign office advice we received a phone call 48 hours later and the refund was in our account within 2 weeks. It made a stressful and disappointing time very easy and avoided us having to go through a more lengthy insurance claim. The customer service has been excellent and we would definitely book with Canvas again.
