I was one of the contributors on the site. Before the site was closed, I left a request for withdrawal of funds to my PayPal. I did not receive my money. They wrote that they allegedly failed to send me the money. This is complete nonsense, I freely came all other payments at that time. I never received my money.
Make conclusions about their decency if you will deal with someone from the team canstockphoto in the future.

I am facing ftp connectivity all the time when I try to upload my footage files, They are very irresponsible even after several complaints to them, issue is keep on repeating

As a contributor, they hardly sell any photos at all compared to the three big sites (Getty Istock, shutterstock, Adobe). Also they don’t pay well when they do sell. I just read reviews from purchasers and now I know why my pics don’t sell here. They’re expensive and lower quality than other sites.

I have my photos to sell on about 7 different stock sites and I have dropped about 5 this year so now I’m down to 7. I’m about to dump Canstock and 123RF for the same reason..they just don’t sell.

I assume the big three I mentioned above treat paying customers better because I do really well on there

Trying to submit photos or designs is next to impossible. The rejection rate is about 1 acceptance for every 20 or so attempts. Always the same excuse that has to do with keywords. I do not advise using this service in any manner,

A bunch of nice images but technically problematic site. Tried to buy an image but it just wasn't possible. It wouldn't take my card. I couldn't log in with Facebook. Went straight to iStockphoto and bought an image easy as pie.

Great. Good variety, can purchase images individually for a decent price. Spot on!

The review process has declined considerably recently.
Pretty much everything is declined now because of keyword issues.

Despite several complaints they continue to sell photos that have been stolen.

got an email from them 25% off, black friday discount. this made me try them since this site is not cheap. nowhere to fill in the code. stuck with the full price package. got in contact with them three times. gave them ample time to make it right, was nice to them. six days later no response. ok bye bye. there are so many other places for the same photos

I am a contributor, And the time taking for reviewing files in canstokphoto is horrible. I uploaded some videos 55 days back, and they were still in pending section. I have never seen any other microstock agency with that much irresponsible behaviour

I ordered 2 items and asked if I could cancel them I'm getting a loop that goes over and over, about "Your order has been seen" "Check" your order again, It's been 3 hours now, and no way to talk to someone about this, it says "No one is available right now. How can I get my money back?

Dreadful site for selling your images. The upload process is exceptionally slow - it can take hours to upload 1 image.

The worst thing is the reviewer process which declines pretty much everything - including images which have sold well on other sites.

Customer service is good so it gets one star. Everything else is very poor. Avoid.

I honestly love Canstock and won't go anywhere else. Yes, they may have some images that are low quality or in my case, a vector that wasn't really a vector. HOWEVER, if you write to their customer service about literally anything, they will fix it right away. Customer service is HUGE in my opinion, and they definitely get 5***** just for that!

Bestilte og ventede 4 uger på levering. Da jeg endelig hørte noget var det fra post nord som krævede moms af import og afgift på lige ved 300 kroner. Hold jer langt væk.

It's a decent royalty free photos company, but quality control is sometimes too low (i.e. bland images go into collection, when they should not).

Meine Bank meldete mir eine Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte. Es war eine automatische Verlängerung eines Abonnements bei canstock. Das Abonnement hatte ich gebucht, jedoch nicht die Verlängerung. Ich habe nun den Ärger mir eine neue Kreditkarte zu besorgen und das Geld zurückzuholen.. Auch eine Anzeige wegen Betrugs wird mir ene Menge Arbeit machen. Mein Vertrauen in das Bezahlen per Kreditkarte ist nun nachhaltig erschüttert. Ich werde auch Unternehmen wie Amazon nicht mehr mit meiner Karte bedienen

The site was easy to use, and had a very thorough selection of excellent images. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed, for surprisingly much less than my previous stock image provider. I'm very happy with the service and will keep using CanStock.

Gode standardlicensbetingelser til private og mindre virksomheder. Nemt at bestille og downloade billederne. Oprettelse af profil til senere gendownload mv. sker utroligt nemt som et led i bestillingen.

Alt i alt hurtig og nem process fra valg af billede til ordren er leveret (download, emailet eller begge dele kan vælges).

Min karakter afspejler ikke udvalget af billeder, da jeg fandt mit billede på siden via Google og derfor ikke har en fornemmelse af udbuddet.
