The first photo session was good. I purchased the yearly membership. The second baby was born, so I thought, since my first one got the photo session, my second one should have one too. I kept membership for 2 years, while I was trying to schedule a session with them. Until today no one replied to my emails or phone calls.. sure enough I was charged the yearly membership fee without a delay both times. This is a scam! I wish I could have my money back.

Horrible! I missed my appointment, emailed them a week ago and told them I needed to reschedule because they don’t have a contact number. I still haven’t heard back. Don’t not use them. This company is horrible and I see why they are desperate for customers. Then their pictures just for one pocket picture is $50. Don’t not reccccccoooommmmaaannnnddddd!!!

My family took pictures a month ago and I still haven't received all of the photos I paid for I have sent 4 emails to see what was going on no response from them I really don't appreciate they are not practicing good business habits this was my first time doing business with them and the last and the price are just ridiculous I want the photos I have paid for I might have to take them to court and I sure will

I took the pictures at Walmart. The photographer was nice. The lady who did the session to pick the photos I wanted was pushy to have me buy a larger package. Then she didn't know how to work their system to pick the right pictures. She didn't know how to look up prices for single pictures. I finally got the pictures and...horrible. The color was off and worse of all, they cut the top of my grandkids head off. NEVER AGAIN!

I paid for a picture package that cost $200 and I only received one paper picture. From the beginning I was trying to cancel my order but the owner refuses to do so, and she it’s not helpful at all, this company have so many red flags. I asked why I only received 1 picture and she says she doesn’t know, very unprofessional.

My wife and I have been a "VIP Member" for the past few years - Just a fancy way of saying we pay over $100 per year to have a photoshoot. Here are the RED FLAGS - read and decide if you want to do business with this company:

- There is NO business number listed anywhere - and if there is - good luck having them contact you back - they'll tell you to e-mail their customer service e-mail 1st - then you a receive an automated response telling you that they'll contact you in 48 hours. What kind of VIP service treats their members like "drop your card in a fish bowl and you're lucky if we call you back". If they don't want to talk to you - they won't.
- The rep tells me they're under new management - which is fine - tells me they don't book until 5 weeks out - said they'd call me on a specific date and time to book in our shooting date....did they call? Haha..Nope! I had to contact them, left a message, and finally received an e-mail from them 2 days later that said they don't have any photographers in my area. I live in DALLAS, TEXAS (population of 1,288,457) - and you're telling me there's not 1 photographer here? Seriously?
- I obviously asked for a refund for the yearly VIP membership b/c they couldn't service me, there's no photographer in my area, and it is not possible to have my photoshoot b/c of all this. I get a response saying they've cancelled my membership but there are "no refunds on VIP plans. All of your earned loyalty rewards will remain available for you to use in the future". REALLY?!!!

My advice - there are millions of better photographers and companies to work with out there. Don't waste your money or time with this company. Take your money and Run!!!

I've never had to write a bad review on Google and this is my 1st one. At this point - the new owners might as well close the company and re-open with a new company name.

I had a great in home session, the photographer was fantastic.

This company is really bad have on way to get ahold of anyone all number they have listed do not work and you can send them a email but no one ever responds

I still have not recieved my pictures from December, cant get in touch, no1 calls back or emails, i think im going to have take it to court. Dont use them

I have been a regular customer since 2017. Just recently they let me down. They sent me photos that hadn't been touched up and that were blurry and dark. There was a weird gray box on top of my photos and they weren't true to size. I have called my rep and the company numerous times. They have been ignoring my messages and calls.

Scam company that forces you to buy pictures on the spot at astronomical prices

Joel was amazing! You can tell he was very experienced. He had patience and was able to guide us smoothly with our first photo shoot. We can’t wait to keep working with him in the future.

I was extremely nervous for the seance because I did not know what to expect with both baby and Joel. I even wanted to cancel and reschedule. Some how I let it happen, and let me tell you it was amazing!
Joel was amazing with baby, very patient, kind, and fun. Thank you so much for this experience!!

Rebecca is definitely my go to girl. She is really good handling kids and has lots of patience.
