Very happy with the appliance. From the sales rep to the delivery guys, everything was super great. We got everything explained in detail to us. No hidden costs or fees. Quick professional and courteous service. Would buy from Canadian Appliance Source again.

Our sales person Mannu Shahpuri was extremely helpful in identifying the particular size/type of freezer that was appropriate for our granddaughter based on their needs. We agreed on a price that was fair, the delivery was conducted a few days later and now it is setup and operational. If we have any concerns we will certainly contact him.

I will NEVER deal with Canadian Appliance Source again and I will recommend to everyone I know NOT to deal with them either !!  

The salesman was personable, professional and helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about.  The delivery men were very professional and helpful.  But, they do not remove packaging for dishwashers from the appliance or the premises.  We purchased a dishwasher, paid for expedited delivery and when we received it it came with a badly dented front panel.  We checked it while the delivery men were still here and had them take it back to the warehouse.  We were slated to receive a replacement.  When the replacement second dishwasher arrived we again checked it while the delivery men were still here and it too had a dented front panel.  We sent it back and cancelled the purchase.  

We purchased a third dishwasher from Dufresne that was in perfect condition and the delivery men removed the packaging at the premises and took it with them.

We were charged by CAS for two dishwashers.  We received a credit for the 2nd replacement dishwasher but not for the 1st initial purchase.  I contacted Customer Service at CAS several times and they told me the 1st return had "not been scanned in at the warehouse".  This went on for over a week.  I finally spoke with a CAS female Manager who was rude.......talked over me / down to me in a flippant tone.  She actually hung up on me ! 

I am not spending my money with an organization whose Customer Service Managment treats customers in that manner.  I am elderly, have dealt with a lot of customr service representatives in my time, but never have I encountered such a rude Manager.

Mannu was facilitating from the outset , selling the product that best suited our needs ,his product knowledge was superb as was his attitude bent toward professional customer service. Delivery and followup were aldo a good experience,we will be returning to your store for future purchases

Overall the sale and service was very good. Only problem I had was I was told that the fridge I purchased would arrive on Thursday at which it did and the dishwasher I purchased would be coming the following Thursday. At which it didn’t come. I had to call the salesman to find out what was going on. He advised that it could be a little be for it comes and that he told me that. No he told me a week after the fridge. Turn out we didn’t get the dishwasher We ordered and had to take the next one up from the model we requested. We did get a discount and the salesman did good to get it to us as soon as possible. It feel he should not have told us it was coming unless he was 100 sure.

Delivery for the fridge was excellent. Delivery for the dishwasher was Ok. They should have at least taken it out of the box.i had to call a neighbour to help me lift it off the styrofoam

Our salesman was very knowledgeable and prompt with information and options. Delivery was prompt.

I definitely would recommend using this company! Everything from service, pricing and delivery went terrific! The only minor topic that I would touch on is their website. It is very "busy" on the pages, so I would like to see it more categorized in a simpler way. But other than that, I would buy again from CAS!

Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The delivery crew were amazing. They sent reminders, called before they came and were pleasant and professional. The experience was refreshingly well done.

Manu was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to dig deep into the available choices I had and gave me good advice. I can't believe there are still salesmen out there who care. Canadian Appliance Source is lucky to have him!

CAS had what I was looking for and got my item delivered within a few business days and removed my old appliance for me.

We liked the convince of finding all appliances in one location. We bought a LG fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, a wall oven and a range hood fan from Best. I cannot write a review about the product’s quality and performance yet because I’ve not been using it long enough to give an honest opinion on those. Our experience with the sales person was mixed. He was approachable and friendly. Our complaint is with product delivery service and scheduling. We had scheduled two different delivery times and both did not arrive on day and time as scheduled. First time was the delivery of the dishwasher which didn’t happen as scheduled. Second time, the delivery of the remainder of the appliances failed miserably. The sales person didn’t know why product wasn’t delivered as scheduled, delivery people didn’t communicate with costumer notifying no show on the day as scheduled nor did they offer an explanation or an apology after. No notice of any kind to the costumer. Even the costumer service person couldn’t give a satisfactory answer except for sending me back to talk to the sales person who told me he didn’t know why delivery didn’t happen. Thus, I had phoned twice to ensure delivery would happen on the day as requested and I was assured it was scheduled. It was a very frustrating experience because we sold our old fridge on the day of delivery counting on the arrival of the new fridge. Unfortunately, new fridge arrived 3 days later. Food needing refrigeration was lost. Buyers be aware!

Fast friendly delivery service, stock on hand that I wanted. I needed a fridge as mine quit working and they were able to provide me with the one I wanted the next day. took away the old one and put in the new one. Quick and friendly.

Reasonable price, easy order , quick delivery. I hope the quality of the washing machine will be high and the washer will serve us many years

Price on appliances was great. Delivery of freezer was wonderful, they took it downstairs for us.
