Good customer service and easy transaction
We ended up at the Vaughan location because we wanted to pick up a dishwasher the same day. We knew the 2 models we wanted to compare and the showroom in Vaughan had both, plus that's the location to pick up from. Our salesperson, Rajesh, was very polite and helpful. Given we already knew what we wanted, he only had to answer a couple of questions. The sale itself went quickly. Their prices were comparable, if not slightly better, than other places. This is the second purchase we've made from Canadian Appliance Source and would recommend them.

Quick and easy
This experience was great because there was a showroom to view the products and we could get the appliance delivered the next day. The showroom was extensive, the salesman wasn’t pushy and the delivery was quick. The delivery guys were on time, personable and they removed the old and installed the new appliance. Would recommend this company.

We found the applinces we wanted and were assisted by very freindly staff in confirming our appliance models and features. The applances were in stock and delivered within 2 days. They beat any competetors pricing. Would definately reccomend them for any appliance purchase.

Gurmehar provided excellent customer service. He gave us the space to browse and then stepped in at the appropriate time to help, all the time letting us know he was available. He listened to my need, my budget and made appropriate recommendations. He explained fully the warranty rules, the delivery info and my option to cancel order within a specific time frame. His help started a wonderful journey. Delivery crew was also amazing. They kept me informed, arrived on time and was careful in removing the old fridge and bringing in the new one. I will definitely return for future purchase based in my experience this time.

Buyer Beware!!
As a repeat customer I am disgusted how I have been treated.
My order number was T3424495, the delivery was sloppy, I had to stabilize the refrigerator after the delivery guys left.
After I removed the tape and styrofoam I discovered that there was a defective shelf which caused the left crisper to not fit properly. I contacted “Treshna” and that is when the runaround started.
Prices are competitive, but your customer service is abysmal. No direct extensions, rude customer support.
I have never been told that: “there is no supervisor that you can talk to.”
When I explained that I have a malignant brain tumour and to be patient with me, I was told that there was nothing more than they could do. This company is not worth the hassle, and your “After Sales” department is a joke. Everyone that works in that department needs to be trained in customer service and communication.
I would think twice before buying from them, there are other companies that value their clients and treat them with dignity!

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns.
We regret to learn of the issue you are experiencing with your GE refrigerator, which we understand was delivered on April 10th.
Please be assured that Canadian Appliance Source receives all products directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging and does not sell refurbished appliances.
As such, we have no way of knowing if there is an issue with an appliance. To address this, all our products are equipped with a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
We see that our After Sales Team have been in contact with you regarding the shelf issue, which was reported to GE on April 11th.
Following their request, a video was submitted for review on April 15th. GE's technical support team reviewed the shared video and advised that the drawer was functioning normally, suggesting a recheck of the shelf's placement.
This information was relayed to you via email.
Upon being informed that the issue persisted, the matter was escalated with the manufacturer, and a service call with a certified GE technician has been scheduled for April 29th, 2025, under reference number 9414298020.
Our team has diligently worked on your file to resolve this matter.
