Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Easy to shop online
Easy to shop online. Price is competitive with the other stores. Delivery service is on time except instructions you put in the email for the delivery service doesn’t reach the delivery man. I suggest that customers get a phone call immediately before the delivery so final instructions can be given directly to the delivery man for clear communication instead of getting a text which can’t even be returned or answered.

Great Service person
Our sales person Jermaine James was exceptional. Our 20+ year old Kenmore washing machine needed to be replaced, however we live in a small house & the old appliance was smaller than today’s big machines. Jermaine listened to our concerns about getting the machine we wanted into our house & then showed us a few models he felt would meet our needs. There was no effort to upsell us to features we didn’t need. He reassured us that the delivery folks would not damage our walls & if after measuring they felt the machines would not fit they would go back on the truck. Everything went smoothly & the delivery fellows were able to get the machines in & hooked up in under an hour. From start to finish a very good experience. We would recommend CAS.

The total experience was great
Neeraj helped us in arranging the purchase of our new refrigerator. Our old refrigerator broke and we were in desperate need of a replacement quickly. Neeraj arranged to get it to us as soon as possible.
Our total experience with Canadian Appliance Source was very positive. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who was looking for an appliance.
The great services did not stop with the purchase, it continued all the way to the delivery. The two men who delivered the refrigerator were courteous, professional, and on time.
I suspect that my next appliance purchase (after researching) will be from Canadian Appliance Source.

From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was very well taken care of by Tahmidur Rahman. I explained what I was looking for, and within just a few minutes, he worked out all the details and gave me complete peace of mind regarding the delivery, installation, removal of the old appliance, and disposal of all packaging.
He also provided a discounted extended warranty, giving me worry-free usage for the next five years. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Excellent service from Tahmidur Rahman—I highly recommend him!

Sales agent did not get back to me
I actually got a good deal for the fridge I bought from this store. The delivery service is good , it's the sales agent service is the one that is lacking. I emailed and also left a voice mail to Chioma regarding the flipping of the door swing of the fridge but she did not get back to me. Now I have a hard time coz the fridge is against the wall and have to squeeze in because I have a galley kitchen
