Staff were great to deal with to make a purchase and delivery went smooth.
Staff was knowledgeable in helping me find what I was looking for and very reasonable pricing. Also had good communication afterwards. The delivery for my washer and dryer went great. Answered any questions I had and were careful bringing them into the house and removed footwear after entering. Would recommend.

Superior Service for all 3 Deliveries
Excellent Customer Service from Mike. Completed Orders efficiently, clear communication and delivery expectations. Delivery company is top notch, I have ordered 3 separate items and every delivery was handled with care and very friendly staff! The last delivery they took a door off and once it was put back on it worked better than before! Bonus!!!!!

I felt rushed through my purchase
I felt rushed through my purchase, even though I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for. The experience didn’t match what was advertised online either. The website indicated I could receive my washer and dryer by Monday, but delivery didn’t happen until Thursday, which was disappointing.
There was also confusion around promotions. The site states that purchasing more than one appliance qualifies for a discount, but I was told in-store that a washer and dryer count as a single appliance, which feels misleading.
Since the purchase, I’ve received multiple follow-up emails, which have become excessive and frustrating.
I also asked about purchasing and installing an over-the-range microwave, but that was completely overlooked with no guidance or follow-up.
Overall, the lack of clarity, service, and follow-through made this a disappointing experience. Based on this, I would be hesitant to return or recommend this store.

What fabulous service. Order done online with great communication and all required info, including extended warranty. Delivery early Saturday as notified, with great service provided to hook-up and take away old worn out washing machine. I will certainly use this company in future!!!

Urgent need of a deep freeze
We were in need of a new deep freeze. Ours had failed, repair was not feasible and food storage was precarious, so we felt urgency.
