I purchased a washer and dryer in March 2020 along with a 4‑year extended warranty. When I called for information, I spoke with a representative named Ben, who was condescending and dismissive. Instead of simply explaining the warranty timeline, he repeated “1 year + 4 years = 2025, do you understand?” in a patronizing tone.

I also asked about W3 Solution, and he claimed they no longer deal with them and had no information. I had to ask several times just to get a phone number. That is not customer service.

When I called back to speak with a manager, the woman who answered was even worse than Ben. She told me that customers are not allowed to speak to managers, was rude throughout the call, and ultimately hung up on me.
They might have great prices, but their service is AWFUL. Buy at your own risk — and whatever you do, do NOT get the extended warranty.
Overall, the experience was disrespectful, frustrating, and far below what I expect from a company that sells major appliances and warranties.

Initially I made an error on an order and called Jeffrey at trainyards tge item will not fit. He found one that would I agreed to tge change and it was delivered and installed with no issues. Quick response Well taken care of and the price was right.

A good salesman

Being a frequant customer of CAS it's nice to make a call, pay on line and have the appliances delivered, worry free.

The store did not have the model we were looking for but provided us with an alternative which we fonally bought and for the price we were willing to pay.

Once I walked into the front door, I was greeted and then I was strolling along the store and Jeff walked up to me and greeted me and helped me to purchase a fridge the right fridge. The service was spectacular compared to where I was at Leon’s and was very well education of the product he was selling and then did the purchase and then the delivery was on time. Fast guys were pretty good very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to purchasing in the future. Thank you.

When it comes to appliances, I don't even bother going anywhere else anymore. The selection of appliances is extensive, they automatically price check for me, the service is curteous and delivery is excellent. What more is there to say except job well done!

We had dealt with Canadian Appliance Source in the past - bought fridge and a washer and dryer a year ago and had great service as well as good price - so when our old electric range broke down (16 years old) we had no hesitation about going back to CAS to purchase a new one.

Louis Samonas (my sales rep) provided outstanding advice and service.

Received the refrigerator with a dent on door.
Wine fridge missing the handle.
Other than that I'm satisfied with the quick service to fix the problems. So far all good.
