I asked for a quote and received great quote very quickly. The quote was great so I did not look anywhere else. It was for the company so we ordered 2 big appliances and 5 small ones. Once I paid ut was delivered quickly without any issues. Great service from start to finish.

Overall a great experience
Rajat (on-line sales) was wonderful to deal with (professional and accommodating)and the delivery team was also great. The only negative is that the delivery schedule process is flawed. As soon as we became aware that the allotted delivery time would not be suitable we contacted them to rebook, but they were inflexible (and actually rude). Other than that, it was a great experience. Would recommend and would buy from them again!

My husband and I had a great experience at your appliance store in Milton . Randeen was very helpful and experienced, he new all about the appliances we were looking at and that helped us to make a wise decision on what make of appliances to purchase.
There was only one thing we thought would of been nice to of been able to see more of a selection of appliances in the store .

Impressed to the Max
I needed a new washing machine ASAP. I was already grumpy heading out with the wife to make another appliance purchase and be hassled by a salesman. I hate these necessary purchases however , I bought one at a great price (without salesman pressure) . It was delivered the next day leas than 24 hours after purchase. I was emailed a delivery time between 8am-11am, which i could track online. The delivery guys called me when they were on their way. Removed my old washer and set up the new one. The best experience I've had when buying an appliance.

The salesperson was very helpful
The salesperson was very helpful, answered all my questions and I was not rushed. The delivery was the following day on time and my old washer was removed the individuals that delivered my washer were very polite and explained what they were going to do. Handled everything perfectly.

What does In stock mean?
I was disappointed in the sales system. I called the day before and confirmed that our microwave was “in stock” and said I will be in tommorrow to get it.I arrived at the store (which was 1.5 hours from our home) only to find out that it was “in stock” at the warehouse and that there would be a $70 charge to deliver it. This fact should be made clearer on your website and by your staff when they are talking to people on the phone.
