Upon arrival at CAS, Markham we were pleasantly greeted by Naveed Afzal.
We found Naveed listened to us, was very knowledgeable & provided options for us to consider.
Naveed also explained in detail today's pricing, instant rebates, credit card negotiated discount, 4 year extended warranty & that our selection qualified for free delivery, old appliance removal & water line connection.
Also, delivery was on time and Richard & his helper were very pleasant, insured drop mats covered our flooring, set up was completed in an efficient & timely mannerprior mother removing all packing materials.

We had warm welcome and great shopping experience with Naveed. He was very polite and respectful to us as a customer. Delivery was on time and they also did a great job. So finally a happy customer.

Nina Zhang (Canadian Appliance Source - CAS) 8261 Woodbine Ave, Markham, ON L3R 8Z5 helped me find a dishwasher of a special size. (Because my customer's condo unit has a very low ceiling, dishwashers bought from other appliance stores wouldn't fit.) Nina Zhang was very professional and patient, and helped me find the GE-GDT225SSLSS (only 32.5 inches high, and the mounting brackets can be installed on the side of the dishwasher) from a large selection of models. This perfectly solved my customer's problem. A special thank you to Nina Zhang for her help! 5-star review!

I called Customer Service to check on the warranty for our microwave and was assisted by Rayan Seepersand at Customer service.
Rayan was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. From my call display Rayan was able to look up my purchases and warranty information and provide us with the information we needed. I highly recommend CAS and appreciated working with Rayan.

Ryan Seepersand was very helpful in providing information on how to resolve issue I had with my appliance. He gave me a step by step instruction on how to fill out the the return form. He was very helpful.

Bought a refrigerator a couple days ago, in store experience was great. After sales absolute garbage. I reported all the issues I have way before the 48hrs and also sent a copy to the sales person. CALLED EVERYDAY AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, ALL I GET 'WE DIDN'T HEAR FROM MANUFACTURER". Then I got an email saying if I want a faster resolution I should contact the manufacturer. I did and they said they NEVER received any report on this issue and CAS should've taken care of this when I reported within 48hrs. Not sure who is lying. Also the delivery people, they were in such a rush to sign the delivery slip that you have no time to check anything whilst they're around. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CAS NOR RECOMMEND THEM. On this reply from CAS, just to clarify. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WTH MANUFACTURER AFTER I WAS TOLD BY CAS IF I WANT A FASTER RESOLUTION. Also I never AGREED TO USE UNIT AS IS, I HAVE THE EMAIL WHERE I WAS TOLD TO CONTINUE USING IT BY CAS. Just want to make one thing clear, when CAS DELIVER YOUR STUFF AND THE DRIVER IS GONE, YOUR'RE AT THE MERCY OF WHAT YOU GOT. THAT 48hrs nonsense to report stuff is a SHAM. I asked the manufacturer twice and I was told within that 48hrs CAS WAS SUPPOSE TO REPLACE THE UNIT. To date, I received this refrigerator on 19th July, 2025 and NEVER GOT WATER OR ICE. All I got was water all over my kitchen the first night FROM THE LEAKING FILTER. PATHETIC.

Was really delighted to work with Treshna on a small issue with an optional ice maker. She was very understanding and was able to quickly resolve the problem to my complete satisfaction! A real thumbs up to Treshna! 👍

I'll have to say that CAS is a very responsive company, from beginning to end. From Sales to Delivery, someone is always there is assist you. I had to call Pre-delivery customer service a few times to schedule my fridge drop-off, and I got Yudish Rajaysur a couple of times. He was nothing short of professional & tried to help as best he could, without sparing any details. He made sure my reschedule time was updated in their system properly. I'd totally recommend him as an exemplary employee ! 😊

I am making a point of posting this review on Trustpilot as the platform was instrumental in us choosing an appliance vendor that worked out very well for us.

Based on our experience over this past week, I highly recommend CAS for a seamless experience when purchasing appliances. We did do a lot of homework in advance and had tentatively selected a specific bottom-door refrigerator and an upright freezer before going to the store. Our salesperson, Harry Kainth, did an excellent job in discussing alternatives but ultimately, we ended up with what we had pre-selected. From there he patiently led us through the paperwork and answered all our questions related to delivery and installation. Our purchase was made on a Sunday and delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. The company called us the evening before to confirm and the next day we could track the delivery by projected half hour time slots and the number of stops remaining prior to ours. This was especially important as we were dealing with the transfer of frozen food from old appliances to the new. The two delivery gentlemen were friendly, respectful and efficient. Overall an excellent experience.

Reekish helped me make my final payment for the ordered ranch and schedule the delivery date. Very efficient.

I received exceptional customer service from Paz Vyapoory in helping me pay for my appliances and arrange delivery. I really appreciated his patience and the time he took guiding me through the process.

I would also like to acknowledge the phenomenal service of Naveed Afzal who helped us understand the appliance options and features. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did not pressure us for a sale which we appreciated. He remained available for follow up questions and negotiating our appliance purchase price after we had presented a few competitors promotions. I would highly recommend these gentleman and this store for appliance purchases. We had a very disappointing experience with a sales rep in the Scarborough store and left upset and unsatisfied. Try this location of CAS for a completely satisfying experiences. Please recognize and reward these gentleman for their incredible customer service!
