Very satisfied
This CAS store has been in our neighbourhood and same location for many years, it’s a trusted source for us to get new appliances. Prices are competitive, matches or better than other chain retailers in the area. Andrew is very knowledgeable, has been helpful all along from selection to delivery to rebates. They are flexible in their delivery, able to rescheduled for us twice to fit our renovation date. The delivery staff are both professional and friendly, handled our delivery with care. Very happy with the purchase!

Seamless Purchase and Sales Rep
Our Sales Rep, Kien Tran at CAS Markham Location has been great and the purchase was seamless.
Giving this an "almost perfect" star review. Only reason we didn't give a perfect star review is due to the Delivery Window could not be met for a business address on the intended delivery date, set between 2:00pm-5:00pm. It had to be rescheduled for the next day which was a minor inconvenience. The delivery team made up for the inconvenience with their pleasant and professional demeaner.

Honesty sealed the deal
We first visited a furniture store and obtained prices on a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Then we went to Canadian Appliance Source and met with Rebecca Chan. She was very honest right from the beginning with everything. We ended up purchasing the appliances from her even though it was a little bit more than the furniture store.

The salesperson is great, very helpful.. The delivery was quick and smooth. However, the hot and cold water hoses of the washer were connected incorrectly at the time of the delivery … I had to switch the hot and cold water hoses myself so the washing machine can work properly again.

Easy and convenient experience
The purchase of our new appliances was made very easy by Andrew, the sales representative. He was friendly and patient. He provided us with the best prices for the appliances we were looking for. He arranged for delivery when it was convenient for us and explained everything thoroughly.
The delivery of our appliances was on time as per the notification received. The two gentlemen who delivered the appliances were super nice and very careful as they moved the new appliances in and removed the old appliances.
Everything was done quickly and efficiently from the in-store purchase to delivery.

Very poor experience.
The dryer I purchased was defective right out of the box — the drum does not spin at all, making it completely unusable after installation. This is not something you can detect until the unit is unboxed and set up, which is required for any appliance.
What’s especially frustrating is the “60-day return policy.” It sounds reassuring, but in reality it only applies to factory-sealed products. For large appliances like dryers that must be unsealed and installed to test, this policy is misleading and offers no real protection to customers.
I requested a refund because the unit is non-functional, but was told I am not eligible due to the product being installed. The after sales support didn’t really call and listen to your concern and they simply rejected my refund request by sending me an email.
I am now waiting for the replacement of dryer (it’s in back order now). Hopefully the replacement one is not defective again.
Overall, poor quality control and an unfair return process. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
