This shopping experience is unacceptable. To begin with, CAS never called (as promised) through the salesperson, Mr. Mag-Gianni Cadet (during the in-store purchase on Friday), to give us the delivery time so we could remove the food from the refrigerator. Upon arrival, the two delivery men were in a bad mood because the refrigerator wasn't emptied. The temperature control panel doesn't work. Furthermore, customer service is extremely difficult to reach (we always end up on voicemail), and the salesperson completely ignored our two messages. They also neglected to respond to our two emails after we sent Mr. Rahul Mohungroo (customer care) a photo of the control panel he had requested to make a formal repair request. No one called us back, and our trips to the store on Sunday and the following Tuesday were pointless.
The worst part was our discovery in the store when we saw photos of our kitchen taken by the delivery drivers without our knowledge or permission on the salesperson's computer. This is a blatant violation of our privacy. Once you've made a purchase… they literally disregard the customer. An unbelievable lack of respect. Appalling service… My hard-earned money deserves better. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

Cette expérience d'achat est inacceptable. Pour commencer la compagnie CAS n'a jamais téléphoné (tel que promis) par le vendeur M. Mag-Gianni Cadet (lors de l’achat en magasin le vendredi) pour nous donner l'heure de la livraison afin de nous permettre d’enlever la nourriture du réfrigérateur. À leur arrivée, les deux livreurs étaient de mauvaise humeur parce que le réfrigérateur n'était pas vidé. Le panneau de réglage de température ne fonctionne pas . Par la suite, le service après-vente très très difficile à joindre (on se retrouve toujours dans des boîtes vocales) et le vendeur a totalement ignoré nos deux messages. Ils ont aussi négligé de répondre à nos deux courriels après avoir fait parvenir à M. Rahul Mohungroo (customer care) une photo du panneau de réglage qu'il nous avait demandé pour faire une demande officielle pour la réparation. Personne ne nous a rappelés, et notre déplacement au magasin le dimanche et le mardi suivant a été inutile.
Le pire a été notre découverte en magasin lorsque nous avons vu des photos de notre cuisine prises par les livreurs à notre insu et sans notre permission sur l'ordinateur du vendeur. C'est une violation flagrante de notre vie privée. Une fois que vous avez acheté…..il se moque littéralement du consommateur. Un manque de respect incroyable. Service lamentable …Mon argent durement gagné vaut mieux que cela. Je vous déconseille fortement cette entreprise.

CAS replied here and scheduled a pickup appointment for july 3rd , but THEY NO-SHOWED. No call, no email, no truck. I am still stuck with the item.

I would like to add to my comments that on July 3rd, customer service confirmed to me over the phone that the refrigerator would be picked up no later than 10:00 pm that evening. Furthermore, Ms. Treshna from the same department confirmed the pickup for July 3rd again by email. NO ONE showed up, not even a phone call. I had an important medical appointment that I had to cancel… and I had mentioned it… apparently they have no conscience. Today I called the same customer service department and they told me Tuesday, July 7th. It's unbelievable, no respect for the consumer. I have been calling and emailing since June 19th. They ask me to contact them, but… no positive results. I would have really appreciated it if a representative from this company had taken charge of my case to resolve it. Think twice before buying anything from CAS.
J’aimerais ajouter à mes commentaires que le 3 juillet le service après-vente au téléphone m'a confirmé le ramassage du réfrigérateur au plus tard ce soir à 10:00 pm de plus Mme Treshna du même service me confirme encore une fois par courriel le ramassage pour ce 3 juillet. PERSONNE ne s’est présenté ni même un appel téléphonique. J'avais un rendez-vous médical important que j'ai été obligé d’annuler…. et je l'avais mentionné…apparemment ils n’ont pas de coeur. Aujourd’hui je téléphone au même service après-vente et on me dit mardi le 7 juillet. C’est incroyable aucun respect pour le consommateur. Depuis le 19 juin que je téléphone et envoie des courriels. Il demande de les contacter mais …aucun résultat positif. J’aurais vraiment apprécié qu'un représentant de cette entreprise prenne mon dossier en charge pour le régler. Pensez deux fois avant d’acheter un item chez CAS.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought my appliance at this company because I experienced more or less what I read about them. I bought my dishwasher in February '26 and it failed on and off. I called them in April and they told me they could not help me and that I had to deal with Whirlpool directly. I have been struggling with Whirlpool since. We are now in June and Whirlpool just delivered a new appliance. They told me I had to contact the store to transfer the extended warranty to the new appliance because that is where I bought the warranty. I just called CAS and they told me that not only had the insurance company been changed since I bought it but that I had to call them myself, they could not do it for me... that was their policy. I expressed my disappointment at yet again not getting any assistance and I asked why they couldn't help me since I had paid them for the insurance. The man I spoke to told me that he could hear in my voice that I was upset and that I was being insulting, basically gaslighting me because he knew he he had no real answers and proving that he knows that they are in the wrong and proceeded to hang up on me. ONCE YOU PAY THEM, THEY WASH THEIR HANDS OF YOU.

We just purchased a new kitchen range from CAS. This is our third appliance we have bought through them. The other two were a washer and a dish washer. Their in store service is wonderful and they are not pushy. We went in there with an idea of which brand we wanted and they helped us find what would work best for us. We are very happy with all of our appliances thus far. Their delivery and installation service is five star as well. We will continue to purchase our appliances through CAS.

Malheureusement, mon expérience n’a pas été positive. La laveuse reçue neuve présente un problème important : durant le cycle normal, la cuve cogne contre les parois et l’essorage ne se fait pas correctement, même sans surcharge et avec la machine parfaitement de niveau. Le problème survient aussi pendant le lavage.
Comme le produit ne fonctionne pas comme prévu pour un appareil neuf, la situation est très décevante. J’espère qu’une solution pourra être apportée rapidement.

There is so much that went wrong with this delivery, that there is not enough space in this box to describe the amount of problems and lack of care that Canada Appliance has, with regards to customer service, delivery and follow up. I am beyond disappointed.
