We were very happy with the service in the store and the fridge we purchased. The sale rep was great on helping us find something that could be delivered quickly which we needed. Unfortunately when the fridge was delivered they dented our front door which was new and chipped the paint.

Didn't keep promise
Didn't receive fridge as agreed upon.
Didn't keep promise to match price.
Representative did agree to match the price before delivery. Reduced the price on bill by $70 plus hst it should have been reduced by $170 plus hst but then they only credited $56 in total. They also sent wrong fridge.

Customer service was outstanding. The employees were professional and knowledgeable.

Fridge shopping
We were helped quickly and the salesman was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. He was able to quickly direct us to the fridges that fit our criteria (size and style), and was aware of availability. We did not feel pressured at all, actually he left us alone to talk. Their delivery time was 2 days which we appreciated as our fridge had broken. All in all, a good experience.

The after service was really great.
Sid from the warranty department was excellent also.

The company can start by offering… speedier service when you recieve a defective machine
The company can start by offering better customer service. I received the washer on Wednesday. The lid of the washer was scratched & so we filed a complaint as requested We now have responded to their offer of cash or a door replacement. We chose a replacement. Now apparently the store has another 48 hours to respond to me. We need this to be settled immediately. I have not had a washer to use in 2 weeks.

We can see that a service call has been scheduled for August 30th with a certified Whirlpool technician.

It was good for the most part but difficult to arrange delivery as I live up North and when I finally figured out a way, that was difficult to plan as well

Super quick transaction and delivery with white glove treatment
Quick and easy transaction at the store. We also received our fridge the very next day during the afternoon. I also loved that the delivery people took alot of care to not scratch our floors or damage our walls. I've had poor experiences with delivery people ruining our house for other companies.

Excellent Experience
Salespeople were polite and knowledgeable. One gentleman helped me first but when I returned to make the purchase he was at lunch and another woman wrote up the invoice and took my payment. In the past I have found that the worst part of an appliance purchase is the delivery and installation. I realize that these people are probably not your employees but you do decide who to contract with. The delivery was flawless. I used to deal with TA, on part because they are close to my house, but I had 2 consecutive delivery incidents that left me very disappointed. I look forward to dealing with your company again.
