My salesperson, Brandon, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He quickly found the refrigerator that would suit my needs, and the price was very fair. Next-day delivery was much appreciated, and the two-man delivery team was excellent. There was no additional charge for removal or delivery. I was extremely pleased in all respects.

At first it was great. I have purchased several appliances from CAS a few years ago. I had to replace one and it was in stock. It was delivered the next day, at the beginning of “my window”, which was awesome. However, when I opened the box and checked all necessary pieces required to install it, I found an extra set of knobs ( 1 set in black, 2 sets in white) but a crucial part was missing. I called the sales rep and left a message. A few hours later I called again and left another message. I was aware that it was Saturday and probably very busy, but when she did return my call she was a little snippy with me telling me how busy she was and that my problem was not her “department “…. She’s in Sales!
She sent me a Link for refunds/exchanges which clearly she wasn’t listening to me. She also gave me another number to call which was, again, not his “department “. He then gave me another number.
I called that number and , of course, I was calling outside of business hours. I called Monday morning… long story short…. I finally got through to somebody 4 hours later. As lovely as this girl was, she put me on hold 3 times, looking for an answer to my questions. Finally she said the missing part would be shipped to me in 7-10 days!! No other options. As I sit and wait for this part to come in, I am reconsidering my love for Kitchenaid and their customer service.

Terrible after sales service and awful support from Sales, actually none.
1st it took 3 attempts to deliver the matching washer and dryer colour.
Once the matching washer arrived it began showing error codes the day after delivery and is usable. I was told "I" had to contact maytag service, which was done. Advised no refunds and they will send a technician. It was concluded the motherboard is defective and will need to be replaced.
I have tried to speak directly to a human.. good luck. Supervisors do not talk directly to customers. The store has hung up on me and customer service tells you the same thing and no help.
I have been told since "I" called service, which I was directed to do, they can no longer assist me and are NOT replying to any further emails. Replys are usually 2 days later. This has been going on since beginning of February.. its now April.
So now I have a broken washer waiting for a technician to come back to fix it( two no shows). I paid for a new machine not a repaired/broken washer. I did purchase extended warranty as well.. pointless.
Be very cautious dealing with Canadian Appliances. I didn't mentioned names, as no one helped.
But the delivery guys were good.
Very frustrating, I still have a broken washer and doubtful anyone ever get back to me... they got my money! Zero support.

Great customer service from Aarushi Nigam - very professional and just the right amount of follow-up. Good delivery service - appreciated the unboxing and relocating the old dryer to the garage. The delivery drivers were professional and respectful.
My only negative comment is that it would have been nice to be able to view the new appliance that I eventually purchased in real life (instead of just pictures on a computer).

Experienced sales rep listen to what we wanted and needed and quickly led us to options that were discounted but also reliable. Delivery was arranged quickly as well as free removal of old appliances. Just what we needed.

Although my Sales Representative was very courteous and respectful, I feel waiting 10 weeks for my appliances was not so great experience. At time of ordering, I was told refrigerator was in stock and dishwasher would take approximately 2 - 3 weeks. When I followed up 5 weeks later, was then told the stock item was damaged and Sales Rep could not provide an ETA due to "tariff situation". This was the case until I was called and told it was in and delivering next day. Therefore, I hesitated giving a lower rating as I do understand this is the current environment with USA tariffs. I must say Delivery personnel did an exceptional job considering they were given the wrong address. Once delivered I've had no issue.

We were referred to Canadian Appliance Source from family members, so we thought we would give it a try. Kelly was our salesperson she was honest, knowledgeable and made our shopping a great experience. Our appliances were delivered within a couple of days and the delivery guys were awesome. They were very professional and made sure we were 100% happy with our appliances! The transition from old to new appliances was effortless and a great experience! We would recommend Canadian Appliance Source.
