The AE was terrible post sale
The AE was terrible post sale. I got upset when she told me its not her job to help post sale and that the requirement I wanted was not what I had requested. A simple response stating she’d contact CS or guiding me would have satisfied me. Instead she hung up on me. This was by far the worst Customer service experience I’ve ever had.
In addition, I requested multiple times to speak to a manager and was told there are no store managers and no managers in customer service too. I urge someone to listen to every single call I have had.
I can appreciate the 24/48 hour turn around in emails however this should not have taken as long as it did, every reply came with another question or another request, this prolonged the entire process. Again, a simple call to verify information would have gone a long way.
It was also stated in an email that they did try call me, but no one called.
Canadian Appliances has great selection and price, but customer service is appalling.
I actually walked into the Kitchener location, there were easily 6 people sitting at desks. Not one greeted me. I had to ask someone to come help me. A lady walked over and asked what I was looking for. We were standing directly in front of a washer/dryer and then points and says well these are the washers and dryers, she than just stood there. When I asked if she could tell me about them, she just stated the brands and walked away. It was mind blowing. This is why I went online.
I’ve now paid a penalty for replacement of $450 and waited another 2 weeks to het this sorted.
I certainly hope this review is read and there is some positive change.

Great service from entering Canadian Appliance store to order a new washing machine through to delivery.
Delivery was fast and on time and texts along the way to let us know how far they were from our home were accurate and on time. Hook up was fast and drivers were pleasant.

CAS Price match policy!
I bought a LG fridge from CAS in the evening which got delivered the next day afternoon. While I received the fridge was checking CAS website for setup instructions, I noticed the price has dropped $300 due to some price match. I immediately called their office to see if they can credit me for the price drop, however the response was it’s not their policy because appliance has been delivered.
So I was unlucky to buy an appliance from CAS, otherwise other good stores honour customer which such price drop, especially in my case it was just few hours. Disappointed!

I love that they can deliver within 48 hours. The big box stores won't. prices were the same as other store's sale prices and the easy online purchase and delivery was very convenient.
