The sales part was fantastic. The delivery guys were horrible. I was not home. They told my girlfriend they couldn’t get the hose connections on. Leaving the washer in the middle of the floor, they left rather rudely.
They said they had a hard time turning off the hot water tap. They asked my gf to turn off the main. Once it was off they took off the hose, letting all the water downstream of the main to splash all over the floor.
I got home and put the hose on with extreme ease. I have half a thumb and was able to put it on with zero leaks when I turned to tap on.
The delivery guys being rude to my girlfriend and frankly, being lazy has put a dark cloud over this whole experience.

I was able to take to hot hose off and put back on since we didn’t receive new hoses. I used my hand to remove the hot water hose. Strange they they were not able to.

Quick delivery, competitive pricing.

The estimated delivery for my dryer was 5:30PM to 8:30PM. I figured this to be odd and not during normal hours but by 8:30 at the latest I would deal with it.

At 9:30PM there was still 2 or more stops and this would be about 10:30pm or later to take delivery of my dryer.

I attempted to cancel the delivery. but when I selected and clicked on the cancel button there was a pop up saying it could not be canceled!

This would be causing problems waking my family at this time, not to mention a delivery truck in my neighborhood waking people and children.

At 10:28PM I received a text advising I was next to have the delievery.

10:43PM I texted back asking when to expect them to show up. I got a text telling me there was no one to deal with the text!

I stayed up till 12:30 AM waiting and no delivery showed.
I phoned the sales person and had my order canceled the next day!
Purchased another from Costco and installed myself for about 100+ less with a 5 year extended warranty.
As far as Canadian Appliances - what a dumpster fire!

Our sales person AP Rattal was very good, but one day we walked in and AP Rattal was busy so we walked across the rugged part to wait for him by his desk. Well there where about three other sales people that got very perturbed by me walking through that area. I assure you if these people worked for me I would fire them all but AP Rattal was was very good as I said before. I bought three appliance for just under 5000.00 dollars and I do not understand there stupidity. I wish you do something constructive with my review.

Na Totally different service quality than what they boast about free delivery na said hey you will have to pickup after a week i was paying with flexiti which they offer as payment method but they said they dont flexiti so once they get paid from flexiti only then i can pickup which will not 1-2 days but a whole week after. Having a 50000 sq ft store but we dont keep appliances in stock have to get them from other city and you will have to pickup from different part of city. Wish i never steped in there store.

AP was the guy helped me out to find best solution for my mobile house. He was not only kind but had expert knowledge to explain in detail so I could decide what to go with.
It only took me 30mins to buy LG range and dishwasher with best deal which I did not know.
Overall I felt very lucky to meet AP and will visit again for my next purchase.

Our sales Rep Arti Desai at the Edmonton South location was very knowledgeable of all the fridge products available and what would best suit our needs, he also gave us ample time to look through all the different products, he was awesome to work with.

Good price, great service

The purchase of my LG range was stress-free. I did my research online, searched for the best price, and was directed to online chat with employee JIWAN. He was most helpful and informative explaining the additional warranty process, the delivery to my home, the timeline, and the attributes of the range that I had selected. It was one of the most enjoyable purchases I’ve ever made, and I hope that the appliance proves to be as awesome as the shopping experience. I would also like to say that the delivery men who came were friendly, polite, and ever so Respectful and efficient.

We were not aware that the delivery people would not connect the hose if there was an extension. If the purchaser could not connect it on their own they are left high and dry. A person is looking forward to a working machine. Communication could have been better.

I was assisted by Yudish and he was very helpful in navigating my way through an extended warranty claim contact and info I needed to provide for service on my LG refrigerator. He also helped me with rescheduling an upcoming delivery while I was using the chat box with him.

This is my second glowing review for CAS and my favorite Appliance Guy of ALL time - NICK!! I needed a new dishwasher but the weather was terrible so we chatted over the phone, Nick picked out the perfect dishwasher for me and it is already at my house. The install will take another day of two but that is totally understandable. When they delivered the new dishwasher they took my old one away. So happy with the wonderful and efficient service I have received form Nick and the crew!

I was looking around for a company who can help me disconnect and haul my old washer and dryer and install my new one. All of those I called wanted me to disconnect them first before hauling. I am a widow and have an 11 year old son who knew nothing about these things and afraid to make mistakes on which one I disconnect. I feel so blessed to find Canadian Appliance Source as they helped me do all these things. The customer service representative (Atri Desai) is a no non-sense guy. He asked me what I needed and immediately scheduled delivery after payment. Atri is easy to reach and did not hesitate to answer my questions. I highly commend the 2 people from this company (Ozzie and Shane) who helped disconnect and haul my old appliance with such care and assurance not to damage anything. Ozzie installed my new washer and dryer with such professionalism and knowledge while Shane helped him to complete the task. Overall, it did not take a long time for them to complete everything. I do hope that these new machines will last us a long time (a different review I guess). I am so happy it is finished. I have been contemplating about this a long time and CAS helped me relieve this stress. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and more power to your company.

I today needed to follow up to arrange delivery of some new appliances..
