Zero Post Sale Support for Defective Machine
I was delivered a dryer that damaged my clothes on every load. I called CAS within their 7 day period of delivery to report the defect and they declined to engage with me in any way. They simply passed me off to LG and offered no assistance. I have come to find out that this model had a known defect and very sure CAS knew about it but forced me to work with LG instead of replacing their inventory prior to my delivery. I won't ever refer anyone to Canadian Appliance Source (Brampton) and would caution future buyers to work with a company that cares about customer satisfaction rather than an immediate sale.
@CAS Bot - per your reply below that I'm not able to directly respond to. Please outline exactly what assistance you can offer. No one has ever contacted me after numerous attempts for guidance.
I will echo another review that I have since read about CAS ---- "What’s especially frustrating is the “60-day return policy.” It sounds reassuring, but in reality it only applies to factory-sealed products. For large appliances like dryers that must be unsealed and installed to test, this policy is misleading and OFFERS NO REAL PROTECTION to customers. I requested a refund because the unit is non-functional, but was told I am not eligible due to the product being installed."

Ordering a dishwasher online
Ordering a dishwasher online, including delivery and installation, was very easy and efficient. The delivery and installation were all done as advertised, on time, 3 days from initial order to installation.
I note that the agent who handled the order was from the Brampton office,yet I am in Ottawa. I am very impressed that the service seamlessly integrated all parts of the order.
