Great service as well as sofas!
We've a Camerich sofa and stylish chair, lasted 8 years already without problems and when I have had question or wanted new cushions to match older materials/ style the in-house team have been great, always reply and offer solutions. Thanks to Vinnie for all his help with our latest addition.

Great service from start to finish
Just a note to say thank you to the Camerich team (especially Carolina, Sabrina and Robyn in customer service) for the wonderful customer service getting the style and comfort of our sofa just right. When it arrived initially it was too hard as the wrong foam had been used. Camerich came up with loads of options to resolve and we are now very happy with the result. Great consultation too on choosing the fabric and design as well. Thank you Camerich.

Hi I visited Camerich furniture store…
Hi I visited Camerich furniture store west end Tottenham Court Road branch back in the month of October 2024.i was served by a lady called Cat Stokes I was looking for a coffee table.There was a particular table that caught my eye it was a demo table and it was reduced in price but I notice that there was a dent on top of the table which I pointed out to Cat,Cat who acknowledge the dent and proceeded to look on her computer to see if there was any more tables of this design in there warehouse.she found that there was two tables left which were not demos but they were brand new.i purchase the table for the same price as the demo one.Cat said that I would be contacted by someone from the warehouse at a particular day to arrange a delivery date which they did.I now have the table in my living room and I am very pleased with my purchase I found Cat very helpful and resourceful.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I have bought 2 sofas in the last 10 years which have remained as good as new but I needed some clips for one of the sofas. Went to Swiss Cottage and Emily was so helpful, efficient and polite. Ishraq followed up within 24 hours to ensure the new clips were on order.
Emily and Ishraq are a total credit to Camerich. Will return to their showroom when I need to!!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable service
We came in looking for a very specific item and out of all the stores in Central London we had the best experience here. Cemran and the store manager were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, we would without doubt return here again for another purchase.

which was carried out very efficiently by the delivery team .

Had a positive experience at Camerich…
Had a positive experience at Camerich Swiss Cottage. Went in for a quick twirl after an errand in the neighbourhood which turned out to be where I placed an order for our leather dining chairs which I have been looking for a long time. Carolina was super helpful and knowledgeable and made it an affirmative buying decision for me. She and subsequently the ladies at the shop assisted in my buying decision. Thumbs up!

Amazing service, good prices and plenty of choise
Ishraq Abdulhussein has helped me and my husband selecting our sofas, she has been helping suggesting options for shape and dimensions as well as spending time helping us choose the right fabric. She has clearly explained timelines which have been respected, in fact we had the sofas delivered on the earliest date possible. We love our new sofas and everyone is complementing us!

WOW I absolutely LOVE Camerich!
WOW I absolutely LOVE Camerich!! This was my first order, I ordered the bell mirror, time desk and soho swivel chair. I was so impressed with their service, their staff are so helpful and quick to reply, and the furniture installation was amazing. I bought these items for my new office and it’s elevated the room so much, it’s now my favourite room to be in! The furniture is so stylish and cool! Camerich is now my favourite furniture store. After this experience I’ll definitely be using them again, and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Camerich
Just ordered some furniture from the Fulham and Chelsea branch and couldn’t be happier with the service i recieved . Carolina Ferreyra helped me pick the right fabrics for the beds and sofa and I really felt she went out of her way to help me as I was pretty clueless with what fabric would work in my house 🤦♂️
