Cork bark and branches I ordered were as pictured. Box that delivery came in was shocking. Open at the top and falling apart, delivery driver said was picked up by him like that.
Would worry what the live bug shipment boxes would look like.

Missing Order
I have ordered live food for my lizard several times, usually several bugs are dead on arrival but that can be expected. My most recent order has not been received so I have had to contact the company a few times. They originally told me it would arrive "tomorrow" which it has not. Then they replied with a lazy response and I had to follow up again to get any real information. So far my item has been missing for a week but it needs to be gone for 14 days before it can be considered lost

Hi Thomas. Our initial replay stated, and I quote, 'hopefully will be with you tomorrow'. As the order was placed without tracking, we are unable to give guarantees on delivery times. We have done all that we can on the website to make it clear that Royal Mails standard delivery service is often subject to delays these days and that the Tracked shipping should be used for all live or time sensitive orders. It is also part of our checkout process that an order can not be completed without agreeing that not only has this information been read and understood, but also that by not ordering via the Tracked method, we are unable to provide a Live Arrival Guarantee due to the aforementioned delays.
In regards to our 'lazy response, being already aware that the order had been shipped a couple of days prior, you then emailed asking to cancel the order, to which it was replied that it was not possible to cancel an order once shipped. This is not a lazy response, but a clear statement of fact.
As we have also stated, although we do not offer Live Arrival Guarantees on orders not placed via a Tracked service, if the item is lost with Royal Mail rather than just delayed, we will of course reship. We do however have to wait for Royal Mail to declare the item as lost before this can happen.
Were the order to have been placed via the Tracked method as advised however, not only would it have been almost certain to arrive the next day but if that were not to happen, we would be able to see what was occurring and get the order reshipped quickly if required. The Tracked service is just an additional £1 and offers both peace of mind to yourself as a customer, as well as giving you that guarantee. If it is decided not to take the given advice and to decline our Live Arrival Guarantee, then unfortunately the onus is no longer on us to resolve if the delays that are warned of do occur.

Plants for bioactive reptile set up
