This is definitely one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. I received an order where one of the items is completely damaged. I emailed on the 18th August, I received a few replies after that where they were going to replace the item and then since then I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed 3 times since and received no response, so I will have to go through the process of disputing the order through my bank. This item is over £100.

Updated EDIT: as you can see from their shi*ty response. They are not a very good company to buy from at all. It’s got nothing to do with “Impatience” and everything to do with the safety of my animal! Something they are clearly ignorant towards! Ants bite! My snake is now coiled in the corner because there is an infestation from your piece of bark. You may well have had it fumigated, but whose to say what it’s been in contact with since. So yes, as your genius is clearly lacking. It’s from YOUR supply. NOTHING else has entered the enclosure to cause this. Do better!

Since I’m now being ignored. I feel it necessary to share my experience to inform and warn others. Because unfortunately I made my first purchase from Buzzard recently. £100 On a huge piece of cork bark for one of my ten snakes enclosures. After getting it home and into her viv however, she now has an infestation of ants! I specifically asked before purchase if it was treated and was assured it was. I emailed Buzzard and the response included a screenshot of a fumigation receipt from back in May. In my opinion this proves nothing. That could be for any stock. Out of the TEN enclosures, the ONE that this new bark went in is the only one now crawling with ants. Doesn’t take a genius to work out where they have come from. I now have to spend hundreds to strip the 8ft viv, but new substrates and treat absolutely everything! This is an absolute disgrace! With no assistance from Buzzard at all! Ants bite! They are harmful. I have no immediate solution for my poor girl because of the sheer cost. I would urge anyone purchasing to either avoid completely or essentially burn anything you buy to ensure it’s safe for your animals. Incredibly disappointing

Website was easy to navigate, ordered 5 hissing cockroaches (pets) and sent out 6, kids loved them

Delivery is always swift, products are genuinely of good quality. Bug subscriptions are great, hardly ever have any arrive that are already dead unlike a lot of other places. Customer service is great, can email or text and someone will get back to you quite quickly

I shopped online and I love that you can choose from 100's of individual pieces of wood/branches/cork etc. The communication from the store was great & the delivery was quick, everything arrived in great condition- no damages to the plants or branches as they were packed so well. Will definitely be shopping with them again 👌🏻

We are first time owners of a Hermann tortoise and visited Buzzard Reptiles with a whole lot of questions relating to his upkeep and welfare. Wookie and his team were amazing. They were so patient and so helpful offering lots of advice and tips on looking after our little tort. It’s quite clear that these guys know their stuff and have a real passion for exotics. They also stocked many products that were hard to find anywhere else. It’s quite a small shop but with a very big heart. It’s now our happy place

Have purchased live food from buzzard reptile once or twice and never ever again..I would strongly advise against these people as they do not take any care when orderering live INSECTS ..I spent 20 minutes picking up loose mealworms around my home after leaving the parcel to be opened for 15 mins,it was an absolute bad experience and one I wouldn't want again..And when I complained they blamed me and would not fix the problem or even acknowledge that there was a problem. Keep away from this live food Company

I have ordered a few times for my pet invertebrates and this is the best site ever to get vivarium wood, seeing the individual listings and are so helpful, best prices I've seen too, big fan of the sandblasted grapevine
