The turf arrived on time and was top quality and looked fresh as could be , we laid it the next morning and it looks lovely . Most impressed with this company and would recommend them to everyone.

Turf arrived on time and was laid over the weekend, the turfs were very even thickness and consistent quality. Two weeks on the lawn looks like it is bedding in well and should be ready for a first cut soon.

Really good quality, could not be happier as the turf is completely weed free, really dense and uniform. It has been down for just under two weeks, is rooting well, and is coming up for it's first cut. I will definitely be using this company again when I come to do my other lawn. Many thanks.

Hi all, I wanted to order some turf so looked at 3 company's nearby by and were all more expensive than Buy Turf.
Looking at there website it all looked good and was going to save me around £60 from the other local company's.
So I placed order and had the luxury turf as it was for front garden and not much footfall. It arrived the day I ordered it and looked really green and healthy all wrapped on a pallet and placed exactly where I wanted it buy the driver.
It has been down now for around 7 days and has grown already.
If you are looking to re turf your garden I highly recommend this company.

OK, turf looks good, ordered on Friday delivered on Tuesday afternoon 3pm, 22 rolls. Driver got the pallet on the drive, so it was all go for laying and it looks great. It replaces a large pond. Thank you

Used BuyTurf when a local supplier let me down, defo will be going no where else for my turf. Ordered it at 1pm, delivered by 8.30am the next morning, and it's simply the best quality turf I have ever laid.Cannot rate the quality and service high enough.

The turf I ordered was delivered promptly by a very helpful driver. He unloaded it where I asked and was very friendly. The turf was excellent, evenly cut and symmetrical in depth. It has been down about three weeks now and is growing strongly and evenly. I am exceptionally pleased. Fair price too.

Bought 30m2 of the luxury turf. Approx 10m2 (10rolls) are in my compost pile as they were all ripped with huge holes all over, one was totally dead and one has a suspicious dead square approx 1.5ft which is perfectly in the corner. I can assume there was some sign or something on it that it killed off the grass.
Thickness and length of the turf rolls varied across each single one making it a nightmare for laying.
Customer service responded asking for pictures. When pictures of all the damaged turf were sent there was no response back which p….d me off prompting this review.
I was just looking for the replacement or refund so I can finish off my project.

An absolute nightmare, do NOT use this company. My drive is approx 100m meters long, it is almost 5 meters wide, it is about 1" of gravel on very hard compacted earth and has been there for over 20 years. Yesterday a 40 ton, 40 ft truck came down my drive and delivered a ton of wood burning logs. Today the delivery driver with the grass from this company would not drive onto my land, Quoting that "they deliver to kirbside as a minimum", but as a "MINIMUM", I pointed out that does not mean that is all you will ever do. I asked why he would not come onto my drive, he said in case of any damage to underground pipes for example, I offered a written indemnity that I would be responsible for all damage, no matter how so caused. Nope still he would not come onto my land. So off he went. I called BUYTURF.CO.UK and asked for a refund, they refused any refund as they said it is a " Perishable product ", so at my request the driver came back and dumped the pallet at the side of the road on the highway, I told the driver I was recovering from a heart attack and would have an enormous problem moving 1 ton of turf by hand, made no difference. I then had to empty the pallet by hand, down my 100m drive, as clearly you cannot leave a loaded pallet on the highway. Biggest " JOBSWORTH "on the planet.

Excellent quality luxury turf, it arrived on time, well stacked and packed. Service was 5* from ordering to delivery. Also the measurement chart, how much you need was great, no waste.

Really easy to order. Easy to contact to discuss delivery arrangements. Delivery on time and driver followed instructions. Good quality grass. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely service, good quality turfs, quickly delivered. Very polite and helpful man delivered and put where I wanted. Sadly for me my fitter could not get them all done when he said, so I think some of the turf is going to struggle a bit, but that is not their fault it is ours.

All in all, very good service and nice product thank you.
