Slechte ervaring helaas. Schoenen besteld bij butyjana via bol.com, retour gestuurd, na 6 weken hoor ik pas dat pakket kwijt is, moest alles betalen plus exta kosten.
Geen goede service of communicatie. Geen oplossing van hun, ook niet van bol.

JUST DON'T.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Package hasn't left Poland since I ordered it 3 weeks ago. Despite their website stating in huge letters "next day shipping" when you order.

They've so far blamed the weather & brexit for the parcel not reaching me. And won't issue me a refund.

No idea if it's ever going to turn up or if I will get my money back.

Ik heb via bol.com Uggs Tazz besteld, ik had al een echte Van Uggs zelf gekocht, dus ik moest nog eentje hebben die kocht ik van Butujana via Bol.com

Ik heb ze allebei vergeleken en wat een verschil! De uggs van butjana rook naar plastic, zool was anders vergeleken met de Uggs die ik van de orginele site heb gekocht. Ik kan niet geloven dat er via bol neppe Uggs verkocht wordt.

GEEN MERK PRODUCTEN KOPEN deze bedrijf is een oplichter ! Ze sturen je gewoon neppe schoenen op en dat voor een flinke bedrag. 130 euro!! Terwijl je bij uggs zelf orginele kan krijgen voor die prijs. Me schoenen van butyjana stinkt naar plastic, de stof is heel anders dan de stof die ik heb vergeleken met me andere Tazz model. Geloof het of geloof het niet, ik heb 2 ugss Tazz modellen met elkaar vergeleken waarvan eentje van butyjana, en eentje van Uggs webshop was.

Ich habe online Schuhe von Butyjana erworben, jedoch war das Material minderwertig. Nach einmaligem Tragen waren meine Socken stark verfärbt. Als ich versuchte, die Schuhe zurückzusenden, wurde die Rücksendung abgelehnt. Stattdessen haben sie mir die Schuhe erneut zugeschickt.

Schoenen besteld en na iets meer dan een maand geen profiel meer onder de zool en niet meer waterdicht. Van klantenservice geen enkele tegemoetkoming. In 1 woord waardeloos

Fantastic customer service! 🤩 i had to return some shoes 2 times and they were just so helpfull!
The return was free and they were just so sweet and helpfull at ther customer service. I bought some Skechers shoes, i have tried it at my store and it was just the same. The item came very fast to Denmark! 🤩

I found the Saloman walking shoes i wanted at the lowest price available anywhere at Butyjana. Their customer service was first class when i inadvertantly entered my address incorrectly. They answered my email straight away and corrected my error. The postage cost was very reasonable and my order arrived quickly and on time. A perfect transaction and my shoes are perfect too.

Horrible store!!! Shipping defecting items and do not want to accept it back!

Accidently ordered shoes in the wrong size. I tried to cancel the order immediately after the mistake where made, then after a day some lady textet me, that said i needed to send the package back (which i havent recieved.) and now it is too late… And because there was nothing wrong with the package that they have sent, means that i won’t recieve a return label, so i need to pay the delivery myself.

Product and delivery was excellent.

Ordered trainers for holiday looks like I may get them for next years holiday,they don’t tell you they come from Poland,just say next day dispatch and if you use tracking they bounce all over Poland and sometimes go back to depot,waste of time don’t bother

Non-issue what so every. Deliver time was speedy and quick as outlined. Goods arrive excatly what it said on the tin and the right size. No issue and will buy again. Thanks guys

The website looks dodgy, but don’t worry you will get your item.

It won’t be in the right size, or be anywhere near on time, but you will get it.
