My dog loved his box

My dog loved his box .
He was so excited when I was opening it for him . The treats were also to his liking and he is quite fussy .
Would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Completed the 12 month subscription with this company. Sent me several sales emails to get us to sign up for another year which I ignored. They automatically renewed our subscription without our permission and took money from our bank and will continue to do so for another year. I’ve emailed several contacts from their business with no response. Absolutely disgusted with this, should be ashamed of themselves.

My Stella loves her busterbox -toys and treats

I receive a busterbox once a month and my puppy absolutely loves it, she loves playing with her new toys, soft toys and chewy toys, and she always loves any new treats she gets, there are 3 bags of doggy treats and 3 toys. They are different toys and treats every month which adds to her excitement

Definitely a decrease in quality of…

Definitely a decrease in quality of toys and treats, including quantity. Wonder if it’s because I’ve set to cancel?! Don’t bother signing up if you aren’t 100% sure you want it as they don’t let you cancel until the subscription is up, which you have to set to cancel yourself.

Ridiculous amount of spam emails

Ridiculous amount of spam emails. Multiple a day with misleading subjects designed to lure you in to read them. Some of them can actually be quote alarming to see pop up until you see who its from. Bad first impressions of the company so no way would I join them

Great box

The toys are good quality and my pup loves them.she plays for hours with them .the dog bed that came free is very much loved by her and two of my other fur babies too .

Busterbox

I was very pleased with Busterbox at the start. Toys and treats good quality, most of the time, however, any problems were quickly resolved without any issues.
About 8 months into my subscription, I unfortunately lost my dog, it was sudden and unexpected, two days later my busterbox arrived, nobodys fault, just bad timing. It hurt so much as my boy loved receiving his monthly box, he used to get so excited. Anyway, I contacted busterbox to cancel my subscription, my subscription was cancelled, as a one off "This is a one-time courtesy and will not apply to any future subscriptions with BusterBox in the event of cancellation mid-subscription".

Loved by humans and dogs!

We have been receiving Buster Boxes for a number of years.
The toys are amazing and the treats are different and if not enjoyed by our dog who is incredibly fussy the my daughters dog enjoys them.
Best part is watching our dog opening the box himself (not the mess but hey ho!)
Any issues have been resolved by customer services very quickly.
I am always telling people about these boxes because we love them.

Great Service, Great customer support

Been with Busterbox for years now.
Every time my dogs dietary needs change, preference in toys or any other changes pop up, they're so quick to change & accommodate the request.
One of the best & nicest support team i've come across

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, MASSIVE CON!!!!! My partner foolishly subscribed to this and after months of being sent RUBBISH !! She was told she could not cancel and they would address her concerns ,just got to the shop and buy your dogs toys and treats they do LIKE ,please be cautious when using these !!!!

So it was my first time with Buster box…

So it was my first time with Buster box after a friend recommended them. The first box my boy received had two rope pull toys, two bags of treats and two chew treats. All in all he was quite happy. Love the fact that it gets delivered to the door.

Predatory company

Predatory company, once you in on a subscription you can't cancel it or change it. The first box was great some treats and lots of toys but every month after they're are loads of cheap toys and my dog isn't interested in 95% of them it's such a waste. I have contacted them to try and have more treats and less toys as it's so wasteful but they won't change or cancel the subscription for a year and it's really hard to actually cancel it they don't make it easy.

I’m sorry to see your review, but I’d like to clarify what actually happened so there’s no confusion for others reading.

The only email we received from you was on September 5th, where you simply asked us to “cancel your account ASAP” because you felt there were too many toys. You didn’t mention anything about wanting to personalise your box. If you did we would have offered to personalise your box and apply changes to suit your pup.

I replied the same day to confirm that your account had been cancelled immediately and that no further payments would be taken.
I also thanked you and Ruby for being part of the BusterBox family and wished you both the very best.

Because we acted quickly, politely, and in line with your exact request, it’s disappointing to see such a negative review that doesn’t reflect what actually happened.

We’re always happy to work with customers to adjust or personalise their boxes if asked, and our priority is always to resolve things fairly and with care.

Lots of fun

We have just rescued two beautiful dogs. They have had a bad start in life so we wanted to do something special for them. They love playing with toys with wach other and we are teaching them to play with us as well. Due to this toys are absolutely wrecked, constantly. The toys from our first box are still (just about) hanging on to life and they have been ragged and dragged through our entire garden and back again. They love the treats and so does the neighbours dog! Looking forward to the next box which we have started a family gathering to watch how excited they get with their parcel. My only bad point, which isn't really enough to drop a star or anything, but worth mentioning, you can only put one dog on the order. Would be nice for the box to come to both of them.

Keep taking money without consent

This is a difficult one because honestly im not one to leave reviews, but my experience has been so bad I want to warn others.

I took out a subscription with busterbox in hopes that my fussy dog would like the treats and thought it would be cheaper as im always buying him treats and toys at the shop and just thought it would be easier this way. I will say I liked how convenient it is to get toys and treats delivered, however my experience has been nothing but easy.
Be aware that if you have a large dog the treats that they supply are mostly aimed at smaller dogs. A lot of the treats they put in the boxes are tiny, Like chihuahua sized. My dog also wouldnt eat any of the treats in any of the boxes. Because of this reason I messaged them basically saying that there's no point in continuing my subscription because my dog just simply doesnt eat the treats. They replied stating that they could change the treats and give him a toy only box which I thought was nice of them but unfortunately my dog just doesnt care about toys. I emailed them multiple times asking to cancel and they just ignored my emails and kept trying to take my money.
It got to a point where ive emailed them saying STOP and I do not give permission to take funds from my account and they are STILL TRYING. Ive had to change my account because ive tried blocking the payments but they are still able to take the money. Its been about 4 months since I sent the last email and they are still trying to take the money out my account but it keeps bouncing.
Honestly the customer service sucks. Its a real shame honestly
Wouldn't use this company again.

You’ve mentioned sending us emails, but we can assure you that we reply to every single email within 24 hours (excluding weekends, when our office is closed). If you have not received our replies, it may be that they are being filtered into your spam/junk folder.

We have also repeatedly requested the details of your account in order to assist you. Unfortunately, the only name we have been provided with is “KC Chloe”, which is not enough for us to locate your subscription. Without further information (such as the email address linked to your account or your postal address), it is simply impossible for us to take action on your behalf.

We would like to resolve this matter for you. Please contact us again by email bark@busterbox.com with your full details so we can identify your account and help you immediately. Until then, we cannot progress further.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I cancelled my subscription after the first 6 months but still got charged for a further 6 months. Numerous emails saying it was my fault for not cancelling, giving me wrong information about my subscription that is completely irrelevant to the current situation. Still awaiting a full refund!
