He realizado un pedido y he pagado el importe completo de los productos junto con los gastos de envío. Sin embargo, al recibir el paquete me han cobrado 5 € adicionales en el momento de la entrega.

Considero que esto no es correcto ni transparente, ya que en ningún momento del proceso de compra se informaba de este cargo extra. El precio final debería indicarse claramente antes de pagar, sin costes sorpresa.

Solicito una explicación y una solución, ya que este tipo de prácticas genera desconfianza en los clientes.

I ordered the DotDotDog Prebiotic Detangling conditioning shampoo for Long Coated Dogs and Shine Bright Deoderising Spray & Home .
I have had great results with the shampoo and conditioner it leaves my Shih Tzu with a very shiny and soft coat that smells great.

Item looks good have t tried it as yet but good packaging and easy accessible item . Delivery okay but took longer than expected .

First did not know when ordering it was from another country. Pet Pet did not fill out proper customs form to send to US. FedEx said they had reached out and did not receive a reply 3 times. Package of much need dog supplements sat in Menphis. After no Prior Notice was filed. Returned to company and did not get a refund.

My cats absolutely love these admittedly I have to break them in two but a winner in our 10 cat household

I purchased some of their gummy’s at Crufts this year, recommended by my daughter who helped in their development. My dogs were a bit unsure of the texture at first so I broke them up and added to their food, I have to say I have noticed a change. The dogs are calmer, coats are looking good too but the strangest thing is they no longer want to eat rubbish, like animal poo on their walks, probably because they are getting all the nutrients they need in the gummy’s I’m delighted, breath has improved and they love the taste.
