I completed a new build house and used buildstore for the warranty.
It all went smoothly until actually receiving the warranty.

All of the staff went above and beyond…
All of the staff went above and beyond to get us the Warranty Certificate. So refreshing when many companies lose interest after the have had your money.

Buildzone were a great part of the team
Buildzone were economical and easy to deal with.
It really has felt like being part of a team all trying to produce an outstanding product.
Very efficient and I would use on another project.
I have also enjoyed working with the associated Stroma Building Control Officers who have been very on the ball, very supportive and keen to offer useful advice in a timely manner.

Excellent service
Excellent service from extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. We have been working with Hatty and Ellie for 3 years now and we would highly recommend this company for a building warranty.
It's a high pressure industry at times and all the team seem to handle the various situations in a calm and controlled manner.

Lovely and helpful team who are very easy to work with
It has been such an easy and refreshing experience dealing with this structural warranty provider compared to others we have used in the past. Everyone we have dealt with in the company has been friendly, professional and helpful but Jenny especially has been wonderful and we really appreciate her assisting with the completions of our development. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a structural warranty provider.

Naive self builders
Being naive self builders, we didn't know what we needed or how to organise structural warranty but Arran was so good, explaining everything in detail and then finding us the best possible cover. We are very grateful and the organisation and system seems excellent.
