Vegan Wellness food hamper…
Ordered a Vegan Wellness food hamper for my daughter for Easter. I was kept well informed about despatch and delivery times. My Daughter loved it especially the salted caramel and was very impressed with the other products. Definitely will use the company again.

Very nice concept and gift, late delivery
Very nice concept and gift , but the gift was promised for next day delivery - which was not the case. Given it was a time sensitive present, disappointing that this wasn’t clearly flagged or managed.

Can't recommend Brown Paper Packages more, I already can't wait for another birthday to send one of these again! A wonderful and diverse selection of thoughtful gifts at such a reasonable price. I was worried my delivery wouldn't arrive on a friend's birthday and their customer service was so efficient and friendly, I spoke to an actual human being on the phone and it was so quick to get through, and reassured me that it would - which it did! Wonderful that there are low sugar edible gifts
I was delighted to have found Brown Paper Packages online. All the other gift options for delivery seemed to have edible goodies that are loaded with sugar. I wanted to send a healthy treat to a friend who was recovering from surgery and cancer. I've never seen the parcel. She loved it when she received it. However I learnt from her later that the dark chocolate was too bitter to her taste. I realise that not everyone loves dark chocolate - worth checkin next time!

Thanks for the feedback Wilma! We do focus on 'healthy' snacks, so the chocolate you sent was vegan dark chocolate... In our assorment Raw Halos Mylk & Pink, & Mylk & Vanilla are slightly smoother, though still dark. We are however taste testing 'Milk' chocolate options, or the vegan version for the range (which is not a bad job!) and hopefully we can add to our assortment soon.

The recipient seemed to love it
The recipient seemed to love it, but of course I didn't get to see it. The jigsaw went down particularly well with my self-isolating daughter. I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order which was a bit disconcerting. There was no problem, the parcel was delivered on time (next day), and I got great personal service when I called to check.

Our build a box service does cater for all budgets though, with a minimum two items priced at £1.09 and upwards, so please do come back & trial this out next time.

Thanks Conor. Yes our Northern Ireland service is with Royal Mail & a little slower than our UK mainland delivery... we are working with our courier partner to try and offer an improved service. I'm glad you liked the personal touch... it does takes longer, but we think its worth it!

It is indeed one of our favourite movies & the inspiration behind our brand name - in early customer surveys, not everyone did get the referance however so it became a 'nod towards', rather than us delivering on the full lyric.. we're glad you enjoyed the contents nevertheless!
