First time using product and it did the job well. Ordering was good and communication was good. Product was to replace an old style conservatory roof to a lightweight "slate look" and that was achieved.
Delivery came pallet wrapped and the only criticism is that several (12/87) slates had stacking marks on them, so had to leave these till last for cut downs, a bit of a pain but we sorted it. Wastage was less than using slate. One other thing to remember doing this yourself wipes out the guarantee, something the company should look at, the product is reasonably easy to fit, video tutorial is available, so not sure why the need to wipe the guarantee? Overall I would use this product again should I do another conversion. Cheers Pablo
