After phoning Britmet sales with a question about some technical issues I was asked to send in some photos via email. Within an hour I was phoned back by one of their tech staff Chris, who was polite, very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the project. After discussing the photos in detail he offered advice on the best way forward.

Had great five star service from the guys at Britmet. In particular Mali Minchin.. really professional service and I was extremely pleased at the effort put in to find the actual paint I was after and getting it delivered to me. Many thanks.

I had some troubles with ridge tiles that hadn't been stored correctly and the customer service that I received from Kelly Wells was incredible. Very polite and efficient and sorted out replacement in no time.
I'm not a roofer and I have managed to install a massive roof's worth of tiles as the liteslate system is so easy... Although I may not being saying that when I start on the ridges!!

I had a query on quantities for a garden room roof, which I sent through on a Saturday, I had a response from Mali to clarify my requirements on the Monday, followed by a comprehensive list of what I would need. Excellent service.

Having now contacted Peter & Kelly at Britmet on multiple occasions for quotes the service has been second to none!! Speedy & concise quotes and prices to match, can not fault the service that we receive. Samples are sent to us in good time so we can provide our customers what they need when they need it.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Britmet and to Mali who has been looking after my account over the last seven months during our build of our wedding accommodation village with 37 bedrooms, we used slate 2000 in moss green on our glamping pods and they truly look fantastic.

Britmet is a very honest company and will not lie to you about delivery dates, nor will they promise you something they will not deliver.

Are build is complete now but I’m sure I’ll be back to you guys in the future.

I have recently had profile 49 tiles fitted to several log cabins to replace worn bitumen tiles and there is no comparison. Absolutely superb lightweight product seamlessly matching the tiles on the main residence offering a very neat solution having the overall effect of making the building look more substantial as well as blending in with surrounding structures. Highly recommended.

Kelly was very knowledgeable in their products and amazingly helpful in helping me obtain the right tile match.

I have always received good service from Britmet, we use them regularly the quality of the product and the care from the support staff to are second to none.

This company is linked to roofingmegastore, check companies house. Lies after lies and now to use Covid as an excuse as non delivery is shocking to the core. If a company closed their whole depot due to a covid outbreak goes to show this is bad management that is risking their employees.

But I do not believe this at all and to use this as an excuse for 1000's who have lost their lives is utterly revolting.

The director who you can look up in Companies house should hold his head in shame but then again he probably has no heart.

Britmet are trying to get this removed. Check the meet the team, do research on the company director and you will see other companies under his name so yes they are the same.

I'm giving them the chance to resolve if not them will expose all their suppliers, their websites etc...

Now you can tell I'm very annoyed.

Ordered through a supplier (Roofing Megastore) who promised 3-7 days delivery and then advised 18 days, numerous calls to them where they promised to call back but never did, contacted Britmet direct and they were superb, really helpful and great customer service, let me collect from manufacturing site direct, the lads at the site in Tipton couldn’t have been more helpful. Great product and excellent, friendly, proper customer service, can’t speak highly enough of the staff!
