I have used British Ceramic Tiles/Al Murad for most of my kitchen and bathroom tiles. They have a really good choice and the prices are reasonable. James’s expertise has made my decisions easier and he is just a lovely approachable guy. Very helpful and professional. Thanks guys!

I have been impressed by the helpfulness without pushiness of Saf and James. I was too muddled with options and Saf spent time to talk through options and provided great advice and in fact it was his choice of the tiles in the end of two I hadn't even seen. Felt very at ease and even if they'd have been twice the price I'd be happy to give them my business (but they weren't and were extremely competitive so even better!).

We had an excellent experience in store today at the Harehills branch in Leeds. James was very knowledgable and assisted us into a purchase we were very happy with without being at all pushy- recognising what we were in the market for and helping us really effectively.

James in Leeds is excellent in helping us to buy a few tiles for shower Nish/recess. He is very professional and tell us that we can buy a few tiles or even one tile rather than the whole pack.

Having spent numerous weekends looking around tile emporiums British Ceramic Tile was like the proverbial breath of fresh air! The displays are thoughtfully put together and the service provided by the staff is exceptional. Saf was very knowledgeable and spent a serious amount of time with us!!! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. James and Max and all the staff have been great to work with. Unfortunately 4 boxes of tiles were damaged, but replacements were ordered for us.

Saf is great knows his stuff in all areas of bathroom fitting which is really helpful for me as a small bathroom business. Calibre bathrooms highly recommends British Ceramic Tiles. I have been using them for several years now my customers go their to view the show room and Saf is always very accommodating he gives all my customers the royal treatment. James is also very helpful when saf is not around this is a very good and professional business. If I ever have an issue such as broken Tiles in transit they don't hesitate to rectify my purchase. All their products are also of very high standard bringing a professional quality to all my bathrooms from them.

We recently bought alot of tiles for a major renovation project. The quality & price stood out from others, and the new Leeds showroom is probably the best in the UK.

What really made the whole experience A* was the help I got from Saf. He's not only knowledgeable and friendly, but found exactly what we wanted. On top of all that you get fair pricing and fast delivery.

We visited few tile shops but all had standard tiles. British Ceramic has ex excellent choice of modern and designer tiles. We bought loads of tiles for kitchen and living room floor and 3 bathrooms. Saf was very friendly and helpful. We made multiple trips for choosing tiles and he showed a lot of patience. Highly recommended
