I’ve been going here since I bought my own house and they’re always good on prices and the staff are always friendly.
I would really recommend anyone to use Al Murad tiles for any home decorating.
They sell paint, tiles and bathroom accessories are a very reasonable price and their customer service is just too good to be true.

Excellent showroom, knowledgeable staff. However was advised when purchasing that I had 14 days to report breakages. Reported tiles broken after 8 days, and advised that not covered after 48hrs . Spent over £2k on tiles and this is the level of customer service you get. From what I have found online this to breach the consumer rights act, next step trading standards.

Purchased tiles worth £73.50 I told the assistant I wasn’t sure if they were the correct tiles because I hadn’t confirmed with my builder, but I was advised these were the ones to buy. After checking at home, my builder confirmed they were not suitable. I returned to the shop the same day with the tiles unopened and in the same condition, but was told 33% would be deducted from the refund. This policy was never explained before payment and I only found out when it was pointed out on the receipt. Important return conditions should be clearly explained to customers before purchase.

What sort of company charges 33% to return unused product back to their store.
It was a click and collect order and we decided to bring it back to store and were told we will be charged 33% as "restocking fee"
Thai is ridiculous. AVOID.
staff at Croydon store not helpful either, saying deal with online store.

I have to say that Nick at the Hayes branch of Al-Murad tiles is a true asset to the company.
Nick was most helpful, professional, knowledgably and such a pleasure to deal with. He certainly went the extra mile and has convinced me that I will only deal with this company and branch in future. I shall place my orders through Nick.
Thank you Nick once again as well as your co workers who were so friendly too ! You most certainly made the long journey to visit your showroom worthwhile.

I placed an order on line to be collected in the shop.
On arrival to the shop one of the tiles was on the top of the two boxes i had paid for only to be told i will have to sort it myself.
A replacement was sent out only to be broke in 5 peices so back on email told them it was broke the y told me would arrive 2 day only rhen they emailme to say its not coming today. Services is shocking

Great choice of tiles, reasonable price and very helpful staff at Huddersfield Leeds road branch. Happy to reccomend on experience so far. Will be using this branch for further tiling requirements...nice coffee also...

Always delivering broken tiles / problems with their packaging

Got a price from tops tiles for floor tiels who gave a price of over 700 and Al-Murad Tiles gave a price of 325 and just boight tiels for tiels fro me hall way for 275.
Great value and great staff

I ordered tiles from Al-Murad, but unfortunately five boxes (25 tiles) arrived completely broken. When I first went into the shop to report it, there was some doubt about the damage and I was asked to bring the tiles back.
Later, I was put in touch with a lady called Debs, and I can honestly say she was excellent. She was very polite, understanding, and trusted my explanation straight away. Debs immediately arranged for replacement tiles to be delivered to my home the very next day, which helped me finish my project on time as my kitchen installation was already scheduled.
I want to give special credit to Debs for her professionalism, kindness, and quick action. She turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Debs.

Visited the Blackburn shop today and unfortunately spoke to a man tapping away on his computer who showed no interest in us whatsoever.
Asked for some advice on options for our bathroom tiles. Firstly he didn’t even look up from his computer. When he did we were met with ‘Just let me finish this’
After 10 minutes of walking around browsing having zero response from him we decided to leave.
We made eye contact as we walked out of the door and no response….
Very very poor customer service.
Visited another local tile shop who were interested in helping, and placed our order with them.
Disappointing!

We visited Al Murad a couple of times and each time we received help, advice and great customer service from Volney & Raj. We appreciate their help selecting our tiles and we brought some items from one of their Bathroom suppliers, all at a good price. Easy to park outside this branch too. Our bathroom now looks great.

We placed a large order of white and black tiles with Al-Murad. Upon opening the black tile packages, we discovered that the tiles were damaged throughout, with broken corners on all tiles. The packaging was clearly inadequate, consisting of only a single layer of cardboard.

The tiles were opened when our builder was ready to install, at which point the damage became apparent. This fell outside the 48-hour reporting window, a condition that was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

As a direct result of this issue, we were forced to purchase replacement tiles from an alternative supplier, doubling the cost of the order. Photographic evidence of the damage is available.

Given the clear failure in packaging and the resulting financial loss, we expect appropriate compensation and a formal response addressing this matter.

Just wanted to place on my experience while buying my bathroom from Al-Murad in Liverpool.
Very friendly but professional service and it's been a while since my purchase but we have been busy, and back to the shop to to add a en-suite to our bungalow.
We were help by two gentlemen but mostly by Sin.
Excellent gentleman and thank you, highly appreciated and recommended.

i have purchased tiles and all bathroom furniture from , this company is not good , do not buy anything from here , they use third party company for delivery service , you will not get items on time , nightmare , my work was on hold for 8 days in winter weather .

i request every one do not go in any almurad stote in uk , do not buy

Poor quality stone and poor quality customer service

The worst countertop company in the world

I selected a granite slab from images they sent me and paid my deposit.
After paying the deposit i was informed that they'd sent me images of slabs that no longer exist and i would need to pick something else.

I selected a different slab that i didnt like as much as that was all they had to offer. When they came to install, the slab broke apart, smashing my new door frame and putting a whole through my floor.

They then offered me a 3rd slab that i didnt like. I had multiple conversations with a guy called Moosa, who shouted, talked over me and didnt listen to what i was saying.
Just insisted that i had to take what they offered.

They've now said that they won't offer any compensation, despite smashing up my house, causing significant delay leaving me without a kitchen and having to deal with their unprofessional customer service.

If i hadn't already paid in full ahead of the install, i would go elsewhere. Instead i'm stuck with either slabs i don't like or nothing.

I'm soooooooo disappointed with these clowns.
