It would be no star if that option were available, absolutely disgusting service from them , sent wrong tiles completely smashed, and then sent 3 more orders that also ended same way , extremely hard to contact to resolve issues, will now have to got through my bank to get my money back .
Long story save your money and time use a professional business.

UPDATE 19/04/26:
I have since received an apology and response, as well as the partial refund I had asked for and an additional gesture of goodwill. It's mosaic tile so I'm hoping I will still have enough for my project after I cut away the unusable parts of the mosaic. Changing to 3 stars as while I'm now satisfied with the resolution, it has been over a month of calls, emails, photos of chipped tiles, re-deliveries, collections... not ideal.

INITIAL 1 star REVIEW:
What a nightmare! Endless problems and still no resolution. I ordered 3 styles of tile. The first delivery was 1 style I didn't order, half the quantity of a style I did order (which turned out to be broken). The third style was missing completely.
I contacted customer service and waited for them to collect the broken and incorrect tiles and deliver what I ordered. I was sent ANOTHER random completely different style of tile. The guy on the phone did sound apologetic. He promised he had checked the tiles and was sending the right ones.
I wait another week. The third delivery is finally the tiles I had ordered a month ago...but they are covered in chips and are not usable. Really sad because I loved these tiles. I did suggest I would be happy to receive a partial refund and try to make it work with the broken tiles, but no response.

Requested a sample tile (10x30 cm) which to be fair arrived promptly. However, they sent part of a tile, not a full one, and even that was broken into 2 by the time it arrived. The tile had colour variation across it as part of the design so would have been helpful to see a full tile. Package wasn’t sufficient to protect the tile in transit. As a first interaction with them, it wasn’t great so won’t be placing an order.

Do not buy from here! The tiles that arrived were poor quality, the delivery alone was £60 only to get tiles that looked like pixilated pictures of terrazo tiles. You have to arrange and pay for a return and then on top of that there’s a 10% restock charge if you need to return it. It’s just poor service and quality all around. I’m on a tight budget and I’ve essentially just lost a lot of money. LIVID.

Promised delivery a few days ago - now going to be a week later

Vacation from work aligned to delivery and tiling but no communication that it would be delayed as status stating dispatched

In between all this I accepted not having items for a quicker delivery and was also promised a Saturday delivery

Communication on status of orders needs updating

I have been in dialogue and hopefully will receive shortly and will update review accordingly

I ordered some sample tiles. Three times they sent them, they were broken. When they finally arrived intact, one of them was bent. While the inital response was fast, I am yet to recieve a replacement for the bent tile. I honestly do not know how this company is in business.

I am so pleased with my new tiles. A bit worried ordering online without actually seeing them but I couldn’t find what I was looking for so took the chance. It was all so easy to do and I would recommend Tiles Direct to everyone. The tiles were delivered safely, well packed and the company kept me informed. A really good price. All in all a very good experience.

My delivery should have been here 3 days ago..I contacted tiles direct and asked them to contact the courier to sort things. ( they have no contact number and will not call you)
The most they did was say " it will be delivered today" nothing arrived and had the same message the day after and again the day after.
Let's hope if the tiles ever arrive they are much higher quality than the customer service.

My tile arrived in absolutely disgusting condition black with dirty broken boxes chipped tiles some matte dome gloss, called customer service absolutely useless and did not care, wish I could add photos they were terrible I’m disgusted how someone would even send the out in this condition who in their right mind would would use them like this DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THE STRESS ISNT WORTH IT

I had been searching so long for rustic brick style tiles before eventually finding exactly what I wanted on the Tiles-direct website. They arrived on a pallet (as was stated at the time) within 3 days ordering. Unfortunately a couple were broken when I opened the boxes and I contacted tiles-direct, I spoke to Abu who sent out replacements free of charge. Super customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 👍

Ordered 21 metres ( 65 tiles) 600/600 Beautiful tiles!
Unfortunately out of the 65 tiles 12 had been broken during transit.
Emailed tiles direct and the correspondence between myself and the company was very professional.

Provided proof of damaged tiles, a refund or replacement tiles was offered.
Replacement tiles is what I needed.
The tiles were delivered within 2 working days with no extra delivery charge.
The service I have received from the start of my order to delivery has been brilliant.
Highly recommend this company such a professional company to deal with.

AVOID!!!! Absolutely dreadful customer service as you can't actually contact anybody, unless you want to speak to a voice mail are a chat bot. No one replys to emails or returns the call left on voice mail. Even when you get a query number from the chat bot the don't reply.

I made an error in my order and the customer support was exceptional. Really good use of chat bot to refer to a human who was really responsive. Massive thanks to Abu - give him prize of the month!!

A 10% restocking fee is outrageous. I’m actually glad this happened before I placed another order—I was about to purchase tiles for a second bathroom from them, but that definitely won’t be happening now.

I can understand a restocking charge for discontinued or end-of-line products, but applying it to current, regularly stocked items makes no sense. It feels like they’re simply making extra money off their so-called “valued” customers for no real reason.

Because of this policy, I won’t be shopping here again.

Initially we had a great experience with our order. They arrived quickly, delivered as promised. A few tiles on the order were broken but quickly replaced when contacted the company. We had the tiles for a few weeks before the job was started and unfortunately needed some more. I called the company and spoke to a lovely lady who recommended I order a sample as the batch would have changed since my order. She told me to call back when I received it, and if I was happy, I could order on the phone and also would not be charged the full 39.00 delivery cost. Sample arrived which was perfect. Called in and this time spoke to a man who told me I needed to order on line and delivery would be full price. I stuck to my guns and he eventually let me order them and charged 25.00 delivery for 14 tiles. When they were delivered, 3 of them were broken, tried to call but no reply, emailed in pictures and quickly received a reply apologising and replacements would be sent. They arrived a couple of days later, when my husband took them off the delivery driver, it sounded like a bag of marbles, driver could care less. Opened the tiles to find not only were they all in bits they were different tiles to our order! Contacted by phone, very apologetic but this is not good enough. Agreed on a refund for the tiles which arrived quickly. Won't be in a hurry to use them again.

The team at Tiles-Direct were really helpful when I needed to order a few more tiles after placing an order.
