We valued the work of the BRL team at all levels from admin and legal, property management and emergency responses.

We have used Bristol Residential Lettings for some years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the service especially from Greg at the Southville office who has been our contact for the past few years and has always been accommodating and resolved any issues we might have. He is prompt to reply to any requests and gets the job done.

Charlie Locke and his colleagues at the Bristol Residential Letting Agency have provided me with an excellent property management service over the last 6 years. With a very personable manner, Charlie is knowledgeable, provides all the information I need, is willing to offer his professional opinion, and is easy to communicate with. Whatever issue arises, he lets me know in a timely manner, is willing to have a conversation about possible solutions and promptly acts on decisions made. Charlie is similarly responsive to queries I raise.
Overall, I'm very happy with the friendly, approachable team and the service provided by the Bristol Residential Letting Agency and would recommend them to other landlords and prospective landlords in Bristol.

Our property manager, Phebe, has been very helpful in assuring the smooth management of our property. She communicates clearly and nothing is too much trouble. We wanted a mostly "hands off" service for the property and Phebe has been great with that.

Great experience these last 6-years renting three apartments out with BRL without a gap of more than a couple of days between tenancies. Always strong communication from a smart, proactive and well-informed team. The team at TBRLC are 1st class and our property manager, Amy Garrod, has been outstanding. We have experienced many property managers over the years from other companies, and all were okay - however TBRLC stand head and shoulders above them all. Amy has proved to be brilliant, dealing with any issues in a calm, measured and self-assured way. She, and the broader team at TBRLC, are professional and responsive ensuring happy tenants AND happy owners.
