Kane, our waiter made the visit very enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the dishes, and recommended our meal. Both meals were delicious. He even helped with the ale recommendation for me.
Can't wait to try some other dishes he recommend.

We went to a gin tasting master class led by Moses who was knowledgeable, entertaining and generous with his shots of a variety of gins, which included different mixers. There was a bar meal with another gin at the end of the master class. It was good fun!

Had a fantastic and informative day with Teja who was a wonderful host. Tried some great beers and learnt so much. Well worth booking for anyone interested in beer.

Had an amazing time at Brewhouse & Kitchen Chelmsford! The atmosphere was warm and lively, with fantastic freshly brewed beers. The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and beautifully presented.

Great food, great beer and friendly staff. Went to the Highbury location before a match. Table was ready, food came on time and the steak and ale pie with mash was delicious.

Awesome business lunch here with some work colleagues! Good food, choice of drinks and of course the service from Lisa was spot on! Must try to hot sauce if you like spice!

Fantastic lunch with colleagues in Chelmsford. Been here a few times now on lunch break. There was 9 of us on this occasion. Lovely atmosphere, amazing food and prices and we had a wonderful waitress called Lisa. 10/10 for the service she gave, lovely bubbly lady.

The Manager also came out to speak to us as a group and was genuine and helpful.

From start to finish a nightmare!
The only booking we could get was from 5-7pm as they were sooo busy!??
We booked for 9 for the Christmas menu and one of our part was ill at the last minute
Explained this to staff who said we still had to pay for the missing person
The “manager” appeared when we weren’t happy about this - we had paid a deposit
The reason we were expected to pay £30 for the missing person… I had to buy the food in and no one told me you had a person ill ( we only knew an hour before and hadn’t called him to explain)
When I asked exactly what food have you had to buy in… the answer was the roast potatoes!
One of our party suggested we just go elsewhere - the “manager” then made up some nonsense about the cheesecake could be given to the next party of 9 so not to worry!
We were to be honest expecting these roast potatoes to be completely phenomenal as they were the reason we had to pay for £30 for the missing person… they were totally awful not even roasted still white!
Food was generally disappointing- parsnips not roasted stuffing balls like lead (no fork could pierce)
Burgers average not quite as per menu
2 people sent their food back and didn’t eat!
We were expecting to have to leave the table by 7 as they were so booked up!
Nope there was no other table if 9 and there were several empty tables.
Totally disappointed by the whole experience
The “manager” did take 2 dinners off the bill and gave us complimentary wine but what a shambles!
As for the Christmas crackers - why bother nothing on them at all!
If you can rebook your Christmas work do elsewhere do it!!!!!
Really rather bad!

I've always enjoyed the Brewhouse in Lichfield, but recently booked it for an event. I was pretty disappointed overall. None of the tables had been cleaned so they all had crusty food on them and were sticky. A large number of chairs were not completely stable. Tables were broken with edges missing and splintered wood. The man behind the bar had to be asked to serve by another member of staff on a number of occasions as despite queues nobody was beings served. A glass was dropped at one point and the dustpan and brush was handed to a guest. We ordered food from their buffet menu. 150 sandwiches, we've since been told 150 sandwiches is actually 50 sandwiches cut into 3, this isn't how it's described on their menu or on our order. A large amount of this food never came out. We raised this and were initially told it all came out. Then later we were told actually it didn't all come out. It's a shame as it's always been a nice place to go out for a drink and food, but I won't be returning after this experience.

Took part in the Gin experience with Moses in the Highbury branch today. It was a lovely day and he went all out to make it enjoyable for us. He really knows what he's talking about. Would highly recommend.

Popped into your Cheltenham branch on Friday evening for a burger, wasn’t disappointed, absolutely delicious 🍔🍔, found out that the chef involved was called Lily, well done, keep up the good work x 😊

Had the three meat roast at Brewhouse and Kitchen Cheltenham. Fine except for the chicken which was absolutely cremated/inedible. Was told because I didn't mention this until the plates were cleared/I had eaten everything else nothing could be done, but it was clear from looking at the plate the chicken had not been eaten (and that it was burnt!). I didn't expect the whole meal for free, just a few quid off and an apology - was rudely told that the manager said nothing could be done. At this point it became clear that the staff couldn't care less so didn't bother to take it any further. Poor service, poor (overpriced) food. Would not recommend

I was gifted a brewing experience at the Worthing branch and the day was amazing from start to finish. Warmly welcomed but the master brewer Zack and the team.

Zack was amazing throughout the day, discussing what was going to happen, what each stage entailed and what we would be doing, talked all things beer and more.

The food from the restaurant was incredible and every drink served was perfect. Definitely recommend this to anyone that’s a fan of craft brewing or home brewing.

I visited Cheltenham brewhouse with family and friends. From start to finish their customer service was amazing.
I booked online as it was for 8 of us. They were very helpful and allowed me to bring in decorations and cake for my daughter's birthday. They stored the cake and even lit the candles for us. Very helpful, polite staff member Ed went out his way to make sure we all enjoyed the evening, with no stress. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great.

We stayed in the Worthing Brewhouse. The staff were excellent but what a dismal place. The room was dark. Insufficient light in room to read and a candle would have doubled the light in the bathroom. Difficult and dark stairs in all public areas - especially down to the toilets. Food poor. My steak was so tough it could have been used to re-sole my shoes. At least they took it off the bill. Overpriced, unpleasant experience

Husband and son visited for a 50th birthday gift, had a great day at Cheltenham and Matt the Master Brewer was great and informative. Came home with the 'keg of beer' stored in a cool, dark place as recommended by the company. Had a use by date of 20 September 2024. However, we noticed the keg was slightly misshapen, emailed the company last week did not receive a response, the keg then split / exploded at which point all the contents stored in the area were covered. Most of this was wipeable and we were able to clean. Unfortunately some perishable's were not!! After again emailing the company and them asking for photographic evidence of the batch, this was sent but we still had to chase for a response. They have offered to replace the keg (but we need to collect from our local branch - 15 miles away) which was fine as we would rather replace than have a refund, but have been questioned on the storage of this keg and was not offered any replacement the perishables that were destroyed - due to the faulty keg!! This post is not to disparage the company nor products (as faulty items occur) but the way the company have dealt with the complaint. The customer service lady was dismissive, blamed where we stored this, did not want to take accountability for the damaged items, nor showed any concern at all. She wanted to blame our storage, but the fact is another keg was bought home from the same day and that keg is still intact!! Just be wary that if you have a problem there is no compassion nor acknowledgement. We also now have to travel to collect this!!
