I was missing the fries from my meal and we got a bit confused as we ordered extra fries. Chris sorted it out for me right after the meal and offered me a refund, I went back to the bar and Joel offered me a free drink for the mistake. The guys did a fantastic job, I’m very happy with the service and the free drink was a great touch! Highly recommend these guys

I’m very disappointed with this place, I was overcharged £14 for cocktails, they said the price on the menu was wrong and still over charged me, my steak was still alive, my salad had cheese all over it which I’m allergic to and it did not disclose this in the menu, also the peppercorn sauce contains cheese which I did not know until I tried it. I also ordered the lemon beer battered prawns , 3 of the prawns had no prawns, was just lemon slices in batter! Absolutely shocking, manager refunded me a small amount but not enough. Not happy at all. Avoid. Cheltenham brewery.

Went to the Cheltenham B&K for lunch. The bar staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered Shoferhoffer but the barrel had just finished. The barman asked us just the right questions to find us an alternative and gave us a sample to help decide. (Shandyshack elderflower shandy) The food was excellent (fish goujon sub with fries) and good value. Just the right vibe of a bit funky and a bit chill

Had a lovely meal here yesterday. I had the bacon chop which was cooked perfectly - my compliments to the chef.
The staff here are amazing - Star is just so friendly and a credit to the company. Also had a chat with Henry who was also very welcoming.
A very pleasant experience.
We will be returning.

Visited the chelmsford branch for the first time today whist my son was waiting to go into his driving theory test. Ive just had thoracic surgery so wanted a sit down and due to my son being autistic i wanted a calm sit down before he started so he could revise himself too. We arrived in plenty of time like well over an hour in advance.
It became a problem when customers were complaining about their food next to me and got their replacements before we got any food at all and we were in front of them. I was then told it would be another 10 minutes so clearly that would be the the time to cook it and we were clearly forgotten. I got some excuse that they were busy!! I got my refund and we were forced to buy a meal deal sandwhich from co op across the road because that’s all we had time for!!!
If he doesn’t pass i will have to find somewhere else to go which is a shame because it looked a nice place but obviously the staff cannot cope.

Stayed at brewhouse in worthing. Staff were great but place looked like it needed a good clean. Room nice but cold. Woke up nxt morning went for shower - no hot water!
Informed staff when we went down stairs and we were given free breakfast as compensation but breakfast not much. No bowls or side plates to eat off buffet table. Cups very stained ( need a good bleach soaking) no toast. Not worth the price of £16

I was given a brewing experience day as a birthday present. The session was in the Worthing Brew house with Zac the head brewer. It was a tremendous day from start to finish. Zac is a tremendous host and a terrific brewer.
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone even if you don't know much about brewing.
The food is excellent too.
Zac is a mine of information not just about brewing, tree grafting and much, much more.

I went there yesterday with a party of 8 adults 2 main meals were wrong.the server was good but main management were rude and arrogant we spent nearly £250 for a mediocre meal the best thing about this place were the licenced drinks the food was of poor quality and the deserts dried out and no discount for there mistake it was a very unhappy experience will never go there again

Went to Brewhouse &Kitchen, Worthing for Mother's Day and had the most amazing Roast Dinner! Lamb was a special as it was Mother's Day and it was cooked beautifully, with such fluffy yorkshire puds! All the Mums were given a complimentary Aperol Spritz, such a thoughtful touch.
Staff were so busy as looked fully booked, yet we were given time, were unrushed and were served with smiles. Really welcoming.
Definitely coming back! Fabulous venue, food and hardworking, professional, friendly staff.

Came in for a Sunday lunch with my family, was a little busy but staff where amazing made us feel very welcome. Amy was very attentive,sweet and Jonny was cracking jokes with us had the kids giggling with every visit to our table. And the food was amazing, good portions and accommodated our request. We didn't get to try the desserts this time, could fit one in almost had to roll us out the door. Chefs where busy so didn't wanna interrupt to ask names but thanks for a great meal.

After a bit of a wait to be seen / served we were shown to a table , we hadn't booked and it was a match day so we were not expecting too much but they were happy to accomodate us, which was appreciated.

Service was a bit slow to begin with but once our drinks and food order was taken things improved.

Food was absolutely amazing , and coffee was really good too.

Staff were polite and helpful and checked in to make sure everything was ok

Will definately be back next time we are in the area.

Shocking, and too much wrong with our visit to mention. 3 roasts and another meal were ordered and paid for…..the extras that were ordered with the 4th meal were out of stock yet they didn’t offer a refund, I had to ask and made to feel like we were asking for something we shouldn’t have! All 3 roasts were completely stone cold barring the meat and came with no seasoned greens, 2 small potatos, a parsnip and a few other scraps of veg. When we asked where the seasoned greens were we were told that’s all they come with (which was nonsense as the other tables had broccoli and other greens with their roasts and it’s clearly included with the roasts on their menus), when we pointed this out the server said he’d speak to the chef, after 20 mins he came out with a bowl of potatoes, parsnips etc and still no seasoned greens! 🤷🏻‍♂️ We gave up by this point and ate the meat along with the bowl of (non-green) veg they’d brought out. Paying £18-20 per roast for these was a disgrace and the (lack of) service nearly as bad. Avoid this place at all costs.

waited for food for half an hour before knowing that our order had been not processed yet. Our table of 7 reordered our meals then got a free round of drinks. Everyone was lovely and apologetic. Our fist round to the ladies toilets was interesting and not pleasant. 50% of the toilets locks didn’t work, one tap broken and one hand dryer was not in use. our second round to the ladies toilet included one of our members getting locked in the toilet and having to kicked door open. FOOD AMAZING!!!!!! men’s toilets another member of are party has got trapped in it to.

Loved the food and drinks! The staff were knowledgeable about the beers and wines and made our visit a great experience.

We were given a Rum tasting experience by Aaliyah which was very enjoyable.

We were given a voucher by our daughter for this lovely experience. Never thought beer & whiskey could go together as well as they did as I am not a whiskey drinker normally but was pleasantly surprised. Ian our host was lovely, very informative and knowledgeable about the different beverages and what whiskey should be paired with what beer. We had a great evening and finished with a lovely meal.

The ambience and decor and serving staff are lovely, it a 'feel at home' type of place, which is dog friendly.

I was however so very disappointed with the quality of the food.

The steak which cost 23 quid, was like a minute steak. My Buddha bowl was sparse, couldn't find the humous, the salad which was very sparse was limp and soggy. Our kids meal,was let down by an inedible piece of garlic bread, which seemed as though it had been microwaved,which accompanied the maccand cheese. The fish batter on the kids meal was thick and flabby.

I had hoped for a great meal given the illustrations on website,and menu,,but nope, this was definitely substandard, compared to other places weve eaten. This mid-week meal cost us over 120.00 including drinks and dessert. Mind you on a positive note, the gluten free sticky toffee pudding was beautiful, as was the cheese cake and ice-cream.

Difficult to complain,as it felt as though we would be kicking a puppy,as our server was lovely .

Lesson learnt, sadly won't eat there again, but it's a nice place to have some drinks,and a packet of crisps

My pregnant daughter found a bone in her chicken sandwich which was quite big. When my husband took it to a woman behind the counter all she could say was “sorry” no one came to see if my daughter was ok. Out of curtesy I feel that she should have got an apology to her face.
The place could also do with a clean as some areas looked dirty and were sticky. Won’t be going back.

Went to Gloucester Quays B&K for lunch today and the food and service were excellent. The guy running the bar was so efficient and helpful.

Booked a lunch for 5 people before the cricket at Trent Bridge at 1.45. Arrived at about 1.30 and was shown our table. The was a big table next door plus a few other smaller ones occupied so would say not that busy. Eventually ordered drinks and then food.
After an hour no food arrived, so after chasing up we were told it would be with us shortly. Server came back after 5 mins to say that 2 of our orders were not available so had to choose something else. Because we were pushed for time we had to have starters and main courses all at the same time which is not ideal and the whole eating was very rushed. We finished I think at about 4pm.

Worth noting that a table next to us had got bored with waiting and had cancelled there orders.

One other small point in that one of our drinks orders (we had a few as a long wait for our food!) the server came with 2 pints short saying that they were just changing the barrel. One of the ints delivered must have been the scrapings from the bottom of the empty barrel as it was cloudy and un drinkable.

All told very poor.
