We were very pleased with the service we received from Brethertons, Laura took on our case and saw us right through from the beginning until it was all completed. Laura kept us updated every step of the way and when things were taking a bit longer than should of chased it up. The service we received I couldn’t fault. Laura was very kind, helpful and quickly replied to any emails/phone calls/queries we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Brethertons to others in the future. Thank you.

I was mislead and overcharged so I would never recommend this firm ever so please do your research as I I had poor service from them rip off and the legal Ombudsman labelled poor service so people don't waste your time and money with this firm

After a very stressful 6 months buying a house, I finally moved in last week.
Through the whole time, Emma Morris and her team have been highly professional, despite the most trying of circumstances due to no fault of our own.
Emma has been easy to contact, quick to respond to any queries and questions and her attention to detail was very high, making the process easy to understand as to what was expected of me and when.

Incredibly unhelpful. I got the impression that they don't read the emails because I had to give them the same information several times, they offered the wrong services, assumed a very bizarre course of action that never crossed my mind, and declined me based on their made up assumptions 😳 Are these people for real? It was a shocking waste of time.
