I highly recommend using Emma Morris at the Rugby branch of Brethertons for conveyancing. Emma provided a fantastic service, kept us updated every step of the way, was prompt to reply and easy to contact. The fees were set out very clearly at the start and although higher than some other quotes we received there were no huge additions at the end which can often happen with conveyancing. If and when we move again I wouldn't look elsewhere for a solicitor!

Brethertons were instructed to perform a conveyancing on my new home; I was struck by their professional approach and diligence in progression of this and also their willingness to assist with valued counsel as to the addressing the various challenges that occurred.
