Ikea bedroom furniture delivered …
Had our Ikea bedroom furniture delivered by Craig and Chris, they placed it where we wanted and made sure everything was there.

Dawood and Raheem WU70 VNA was stuck on m1 motorway for 5 hours due to a accident had my grandson with me who is two years of age they offered cakes and their lunch really nice bunch of guys very friendly deserve a lot of appreciation

Craig and Ronnie were great!
Craig and Ronnie were great at delivering my ikea order! I have quite a few boxes to be delivered and they were very cautious setting them into my hallway. Kept me up to date with when they would be arriving and were overall excellent! Would recommend

Couldn't have wished for anything more. Perfect timely delivery and friendly chaps. Both Jason and Steve delivered my IKEA delivery with a phone call in advance to let me know they will be there within the hour. Good work both.

Bright and Breezy. 5 Stars.
On Saturday morning we had a rather large furniture delivery. It was brought to us by Craig and Chris from Breezemount. They called ahead to check we were ready for them, especially important as we had the 7am to 11am slot, and pulled up about 7.30ish. They were super friendly and efficient and not at all grumpy that we have about 6 steps up to our front door. They made sure we had everything we ordered, took photos as proof of delivery and gave us advice on what to do if anything was wrong with what we'd ordered. We couldn't fault them. Totally fantastic. Thanks for making an early morning delivery a breeze guys! (Sorry for the pun!) 5 stars.

Rude driver couldn't be bothered delivering
Expected a delivery of trellises, but after 4 weeks waiting (on a 10 day delivery) when I phoned was told to expect early next week. Missed a call from a delivery driver same day telling me he couldn't find the house and so had left. When I asked him if he had the postcode he said yes but that it was wrong!! He said he wouldn't be back for over a week so I cancelled the order with their client. Shocking lack of service and a rude driver to boot. Can't understand how this company has large delivery contracts.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and to learn that you have decided to cancel your order. I understand that there were some issues with the address not corresponding with the postcode given and the crew were unable to raise you by telephone. Unfortunately, by the time their calls were returned, they were too far away to return to your delivery. I am also sorry to hear your comments about the driver, these have been passed on to his management team; previous feedback for this crew have been very favourable.

Craig and Ronnie at Breezemount, arrived bang on time. no hassle no fuss and they lifted all 10 parcels of our IKEA flatpack furniture to an upstairs bedroom. Would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service from Craig & Ronnie
Craig & Ronnie delivered our new kitchen from IKEA and they were friendly and professional in unloading it and stacking it in our garage. They are two great lads and a credit to the Breezemount team.

Excellent service
Breeze mount were scheduled to deliver some items I ordered from IKEA and Ryan and Cam went over and beyond to ensure that I revived all that I ordered and there was an error on the dispatch note.
One item was missing and they came back to deliver the item which I really appreciated.
