Staff really polite. Process to book was smooth.

Waited 35 minutes to be given the keys when we returned to collect the car.
The car was clearly finished as it was parked in the road at the front of reception!

Chloe did a great job helping and assisting us in buying the Renault Clio. 🙏

The young lady who checked me in is a credit to her company and kept me informed all the way- perfect! I opted for an appointment so I could wait for my car, and it took around 1.45 hours; the car came back to me not only serviced but also cleaned. I highly recommend Brayleys; the staff are superb.

Tony is a great ambassador for Renault. He listened to what I needed from a new car and discussed options. He quickly arranged a test drive for me as well as a 'reminder' drive a few weeks later. He carefully guided me through all the many documents that needed to be completed, leaving no stone unturned.
At most other car showrooms I visited (8/10) the salesmen didn't seem interested in dealing with a woman, but I felt very comfortable at the Renault showroom as the staff made eye contact with me and asked if I needed any help.
The level of customer service I received from Tony at Brayleys was so much better than that which I received at the Ford showroom where I'd booked a second test drive and they sold the car while I was on my way there and didn't think to tell me!
Thanks Brayleys, and Tony especially, for making buying a new car an enjoyable experience.

James was very helpful when we test drove the Renault 5 electric- knowledgeable about the car, and good communication about delays with the timing of our test drive. A good experience with the dealership that meant we were happy to proceed with a purchase. Everything went smoothly with the handover. Thank you.

On arrival there was absolutely nowhere to park my vehicle and I ended up leaving it a up the road on Yellow lines. My vehicle was on a recall for a coolant change and I was told it take 2 a couple of hours. When I returned a couple of hours later I was told it was on a road test. When I eventually collected my vehicle it had been left up the road, mounted on a pavement with its steering at full lock as if it had been abandoned.
When I left my vehicle at Brayleys it had 400 mile range in its tank. When I collected it over 3 hours later it only had 270 mile range and its average milage was 38 mph. I typically get 55 mph as its a full hybrid. This suggests my vehicle was driven quite a distance and/or 'tanked' for it's mph to be so poor. Lastly when I arrived home and let the engine cool down I discovered the coolant level was below the minimum level required. My vehicle is only 5 months old on a 26 plate. I expect far more customer care and vehicle respect while is in the hands of a Renault dealership. Not a great experience and definitely not impressed!

Tony is lovely and helped me secure a great deal on the model I wanted. He explained everything beautifully, arranged a pick up from the station when I collected the car and even filled it up with petrol so I could just drive off after completing the handover. Highly recommend.

Booking online and attending the venue was seamless. Paperwork was ready ahead of time and excellent customer service.

The customer service was very good as always and the car was ready within the time stated with everything working well.
I'm struggling to update the satnav map on my Renault Zoe but have booked a separate appointment for that.

Great customer service from the team I dealt with (Ian & Danny) very helpful & knowledgeable on product. Excellent handover on collection of my new car, explaining the vehicle in depth. Followed up a few days after I collected to check that I was happy with my purchase, how I was getting on & if I had any questions. Would highly recommend using the garage.

Very easy process to find and assess the car we purchased. Andrew White was very helpful and professional. The online forms and the final payment were an easy to follow process too. I would recommend them.

I dropped off my daughter's Motability car for its annual service last Friday morning, and the member of staff I dealt with at the Service desk couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. I didn't get her name, but she had grey hair and silver nails, and radiated warmth. I hope the company recognises what an asset she is! The reason I've not given 5 stars is that I was expecting to receive an update on the day, but it's now Monday and I still haven't heard anything. (I've left a voicemail message).
