I first went to Rose Hill Kia - it had closed.
Also servicing at Rose Hill included a car wash and a vacuum which i didn't get at Botley.

I received a friendly welcome on arrival and was immediately offered a coffee. My car was taken in straight away, and as I was waiting on-site, they made every effort to prioritise the service and MOT and get everything completed as quickly as possible.

There was a desk, Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace available, which meant I could use my laptop and get some work done while I waited. The service and MOT were both completed within three hours, and I was very happy with the service provided and the clear feedback following the MOT.

A friendly, efficient and professional garage. I would happily recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Despite the fact that this Brayleys showroom is days away from relocating to Botley , the service and staff were fantastic. Really good updates on work needed to be done, and the service video showing the results of the health check was really good.

Went to book a car in for repair work and came out buying a car as well. Excellent service from your sales staff - Daniel Butler, Nat and Danny Reynolds - definitely worth every penny of his next pay rise. Car ready and delivered on time as promised and shown all controls etc. No problems at all, have purchased other cars from there and always been super happy.

Sales executive was so helpful and friendly. It made the whole experience seam free particularly for someone like me not good with technology, cars or otherwise.

Jamie was the salesman when I bought a used car from Brayleys. Very nice guy. I felt that I got a good deal on the car when I negotiated on the price which was right on the limit of what I had available. I didn’t feel under any pressure, was given time to examine the car on my own before being taken on an accompanied test drive. The car was picked up a week later in spotlessly clean condition. Again Jamie was exemplary in completing the paperwork with me, before handing over the keys and I drove off in my new used car. I was very happy dealing with Brayleys and would recommend them.

Delivered my car at 9.30 am and received a message at 12.30 to let me know it was ready for collection. Couldn't be better.

It was very helpful to the annual service booking for today (27 May, a few days after the bank holiday. As I got message, I agreed add air conditioning servicing and windscreen wipers change to the list. Everything was completed to my satisfaction on time. Many thanks to Alan Harvey's customer friendly services, I drove back in clean car fully serviced!

Amazing service! Every staff I met were professional and with amazing attitude towards the service they have provided to me. The best part for me was when i received the video of my car showing how the MOT service was done and also the parts that needs changing.
Andy at the reception was welcoming, professional and informative. In this day and age and looking at the atmosphere of the UK, I was expecting worse but I have to say, I am thankful and grateful to the staff for their services during my visit. I definitely will recommend to friends and families.
