Very happy, friendly professional staff.

All went well contacted via email with a video on the progress of the service.
Then phoned when the service was finished and the car was ready to be picked up.

I reserved a Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD with Brayleys Nissan Wolverhampton and received a confirmation email stating my deposit (£99) had been paid and the car was removed from sale.
However, the next day I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold to another customer by a different branch.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional; if a car is confirmed as reserved and payment is taken, it should not be sold elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience and a waste of time.

Easy to book appointment. Friendly, attentive staff on arrival ( Chris). Advised on work being carried out and time scales for completion. Contacted by telephone when vehicle was ready ( around time estimated originally). Friendly staff on collection ( Laurence). Work carried out explained. Accompanying paperwork given. Hassle free experience from start to finish. Great service.

Made contact to arrange a service. Vanessa was very pleasant and helpful. I drove to the service garage, Met Vanessa again.
Received phone call to say that car was ready for collection. Vanessa dealt with the payment. All paperwork in order. I drove away confirming my decision to use Brayleys again.

I recently had my car serviced and MOT'd at Nissam Brayleys Wolverhampton. From booking to completion, the process was seamless and well handled. Vanessa in the Service Department dealt with me throughout. She was friendly, professional and kept me well informed. I would have no hesitation in returning in future.

I was disappointed that Brayley's Cars no longer clean the cars that are booked in for a service, and that this was not communicated to me when the service was booked nor mentioned when the car was left with the service team. I found out about this via a small notice situated on the service desk when I went to collect my car. In addition I found the estimation of how much water is used to wash a car over estimated. If this lack of service is due to care for the environment and water conservation why was the inside valet of the car not still available as this does not require water?
I also was not impressed that when I went to collect my car I was given a card with five stars ringed and asked to give a five star rating.
Finally, the issue with regard to the MMI software has still not been resolved after two separate attempts.

Very efficient

Matthew was most professional helpful and knowledgeable and he guided us through the process.
One niggle is that a few small paint chips. Ie headlight area. Near side door and inside rear inside door had not been remedied despite Matthew assuring us that this would be done.
Also we only received ONE key with the car which again Matthew assures us will be remedied asap. This is important of course given the auto nature of the Juke ignition system
Matthew was on holiday and it seems that his requests for these to be resolved in his absence were not met.
Please make sure that Matthew’s assurances to us are met. Other than that it was a good experience. Thank you

I am so pleased with the staff at Nissan they are a wonderful team, Vanessa and her colleague don’t know his name wonderful team offer you coffee and refreshments while you wait it’s all being refurbished in the showroom so pleasant and relaxing. The lighting is so warm and relaxing to enjoy while I deal with your situation I recommend the servicing you get there. I give them my 100% and the engineering teem all the team are there to meat the needs of us? Yes it may be a bit more expensive but when you are there we are all together. working for each other God has given us each one of us a gift to serve each other we can’t do it for nothing we have to pay something towards it so my words for Nissan team from the top to the bottom are absolutely wonderful. go take your vehicle there they will find out your problem and you will be placed with their service. The lady who greeted me was cheerful and friendly and made the process of booking in very easy as for the service was done and ready for the time I was given thanks
