All worked very well with my service . As promised I was given a lift to work after dropping off my car , communication through the day was very good , and my car was ready in good time .
A shame the car is no longer cleaned/valeted during the service as it used to be .?

Had a fantastic service. Dealt with Trevor who kept me updated throughout process. My finance was made through personal bank which took extra time but the garage was patient in waiting for funds holding the car I bought.

I did originally intend to write a good review - initially I had received good service, John in sales was communicative and helpful but after completing the sale has been incredibly slow to reply to emails and I feel ignored requiring me to chase multiple times to no avail.

When purchasing the vehicle I was told I would be able to extend warranty by 24 months but didn't need to decide immediately - that John would touch base with me and ask if I wanted to go ahead. It has now been two weeks of repeated ignored emails and attempts to get in touch with John to go forward with the warranty, the latest email from John detailing that only 12 months is actually available.

I feel as though I have been mislead when purchasing the vehicle, part of my informed decision was on the basis that I would be able to extend warranty by 24 months however this now appears to not be the case. If I don't get some clarity on if 24 months extended warranty is available I will be refering this to the motor ombudsman.

Very busy but still provided personal service. Service desk always deliver as do the mechanics.

The service on my car went well,
The MOT was traumatic !! we were told by Tracey, on reception, that my car was going to fail the test because of a leaking pipe on the driver's windscreen wiper. I asked if it could be fixed and she said that " it could not be fixed today as they did not have the part, and that it would cost £400. We were both very shocked to hear this. Tracey said she would check to see if this could be repaired on the warranty and went away promising to do her best.
My Wife and I were in a state of shock as we waited ten minutes for the news, Tracey came back and informed us that she had made a mistake and that it was not our car but a Mobility car.
We were both in a bit of panic as to where we would get the money from, as we already had over £300 to pay for the service and MOT. We eventually left and made our way home. We were both very upset.

The staff are friendly and efficient. I had a wait appointment for a major service and they completed well, within the allotted time

Took one of our X-Trail vehicles into Brayleys for it's annual service and on return the vehicle drives like new again (I believe the work was carried out by the branch master technician, Lee).
From dropping the vehicle off in the service dept. with Scott and Charlotte to being updated with progress by the excellent workshop manager, Tracy, it was a pleasure to deal with Brayleys from start to finish, thank you.

Had to wait at the desk for a while even though I had an appointment. My car was in for Nissan recall work. Was offered a courtesy car but I would have to pay £30 a day. This is a fault found by Nissan, why should I have to pay to be without a car?

I brought my car in for a MOT and service ….the lady who greeted me was very nice and friendly. As I am deaf she spoke to me very clearly and arranged to text me when my car was ready for collection as I cannot use the phone. Very efficient service by Brayleys
