My recent new car purchase experience was excellent. Helpful staff and no pressure. Tested both the Juke & Qashqai but decided to buy the larger vehicle. The handover very good, with all the basic features and more explained, Steve, the sales executive, connected my phone to system and demonstrated the initial profile features.

Service was great , due to time spent at branch, I was completely happy that the work was carried out in 30 minutes. Customer service couldn’t have been any better, very professional

I had found a third party finance company so was looking for a nissan juke I found one on there used car Web site so I made contact with a salesman mike he was very helpful and made the process very easy from the off even down to collecting the car

Customer Service was very good - however it's shame that a complimentary wash is no longer offered with the full service as with other suppliers

Just bought a car and the professionalism from Josh who sorted me my car was spot on, always kept me up to date, answered my calls always had time for me, when picking my Range Rover up today it was really straight forward, he had all the time in the world showed me the car on how it works, thanks Josh very happy with my Range Rover and your customer service skills!
