Bought a nissan qashqai from here last week once again went above and beyond. From sales mohammed to Colin the service manager. We had a issue but he agreed to replace the lot there and then on the spot . We drove out within 1 hour of the work been completed . The car is very good to drive very smooth fuel consumption is incredible.
Give them a try when you want a car . The service there is just has good as buying a second hand car all over again . Car comes out feeling like new
again and again after the service. Its well worth it . Thanks guys

On Friday, 20th June, we came in simply to browse the Nissan X-Trail. We had no intention of purchasing that day, but thanks to the incredible offer we were presented and the outstanding service from Yasin, we are now proud owners of a brand-new X-Trail – all within just six days!

From the moment we arrived, Yasin made us feel welcome and was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. His knowledge, friendly manner, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

When it came to the handover, the car was immaculate beautifully cleaned and presented to us in such a lovely way. Yasin took the time to show us all the features and ensure we were completely comfortable before driving away, which made the experience even more special. I was over the moon with the dash camera that has been fitted to the car for us on pick up also!

Just another main dealer nothing specail at all .After a service which nowadays consists of a visual check and a oil and filter change
If your vehicle requires spares and fitment much better value with a independent roughly half Nissan costs .You don't even get a car mini valet. So yes they do the job but over rated service Stockport is the same nothing special this is my opinion of them other people may have a different opinion which is why we do reviews.

Excellent service from Abby on Reception. A couple of things to mention - the rear tyre pressure readings on the paperwork I received were lower than the readings shown on the Health Check video. The initial email and subsequent job completion paperwork stated that there would be a courtesy clean. This was not done. When queried, I was advised that the courtesy clean has been discontinued, which is a shame. Trying to find a car park space can also be an issue.

Initially had trouble booking on line and managed after a while, once booked i did receive a few text messages over a week or two reminding me i needed to book the service 🤔
I was sure I booked a while i wait slot but on arrival told it was just a drop off may have been a error on my part and did semi enjoy the 3 mile walk home.
Service carried out and received a video with explanation to condition of various components under the vehicle 👍🏻
Only gripes I have is when it was westway my vehicle for the past 4 years had a complimentary wash prior to being returned.....not now, also my front tires were inflated to 36 psi ( should be 33psi) and 36 on the rears ( should be 30 psi)
My drivers seat was also adjusted ( how long did they have to sit in the seat?)

Offered a valet service (outside company) in with the price of a diagnostic check costing £150 which was no longer available so asked for a discount but was refused saying the valet would be free but I know there would have been a cost to the outside company and this would have been set up in the £150
Also ongoing issue with what was Westway regarding wrong financing of car

I have been very happy with my car from Brayleys Oldham , from first point of contact Mohammed sent me a video of the car & also returning questions that I had as we were not local to the garage .
When arriving to test drive ,Mohammed was full of information that helped me decide. About the car also down to the figures and payment options , making it a smooth process of buying the car .
Mohammed was there to greet me on pick up day ,as I had travelled on the train/tram to pick the car up ,it was spotless on checking and immaculately clean .
the handover was a easy process with finishing up the paperwork and going through the car again with me before I drove it away .

told us there was nothing wrong with our car, after three days of leaving it on the forecourt, they rechecked the car and bam, car faulted again, blamed the fault on a wrongly wired dashcam, which they wired in the first place, second time this issue has arisen with this car, so why wasnt the fault picked up the first time, which needed them to change the battery, dont believe a word of it. by the way, sold us the car and allowed us to drive it away at night, in the wet with bald tyres. forth car since 2013 that we have bought from this dealership, it will be the last.

Simeon was helpful in all ways giveing different options on cars finance and even when systems crashed soon as back up running phoned with more info . Good at explaining all different thing on car at handover

Went to enquire about a new Juke Tekna + car and was greeted by Paul, sales executive. He left us to browse but when we wanted some advice he was very amenable and informative. Gave us some prices and a part exchange valuation on our car. We had no pressure or hard sell at all! We returned a few days later and went for a test drive with Paul. We were totally happy with the vehicle and decided to buy a brand new Juke. Paul was fantastic to deal with! Can't thank him enough! Looking forward to picking up our new car next Wednesday! Thanks for everything and being so patient with us!
